Girlfriends aside, thus far, we are expected to believe that Dr. Murray gave a minimal amount of Propofol to MJ, left the room, then MJ woke up and injected himself (35 times with one of the 10CC syringes in the room, in order to obtain the amount shown in his blood at autopsy, but of course he would have been 'out' after the first one or two), then, while 'unconscious', MJ was able to hide the bottles, syringe, and drip bag....necfessary, because Dr. Murray LEFT dangerous drugs within reach and under control of MJ Preposterous!

watching this live gives me even more grief about m.j. Ive been listening to m.j. since i was 10. i feel as if i lost a family member...

Just keep an open mind ok?... what if this is all fake. we all know how mj loved big productions, and illusions... what if we are all a part of the "greatest show on earth" that is being controlled by Michael Jackson from behind the curtain... behind the mask... Key points...Michael Jackson was afraid for his life... One of Murray's girlfriends that he spoke with on his cell phone the day of MJ's death recalls hearing voices in the background... Missing video from the cameras in Michael Jackson's home... ??? Sounds like a conspiracy for murder to me, not manslaughter! I personally don't think the truth will ever come out in court.... Only in God's time

It seems like there was some sort of negligence on Dr. Murrays part for sure...but I think this charge should also be shared with any pharmacists who continued to fill these outrageous prescriptions. Even a layperson know that mixing the kinds of meds that MJ was on is a ticking timebomb. Where are those pharmacists??

I feel that Dr Murray had sufferred enough and is really remorseful for what happened.The best thing now is to pray for MJ's soul and forgive Dr Murray for his mistakes.To err is human,to forgive is divine.

Dr.Conrad Murray as a certified doctor should have known it is against policy better yet doctor's policy to get propofol for a patient that is not in a hospital. The pharmacist should be labeled as a accomplice in this case. That should be a major crime especially if it is a hazardous to someone's health and life.

It's sad watching because Michael Jackson to me is a major Icon to this generation. He was a inspiration to me and I love every album song and album he put out for the fans including myself

I'm also thinking that this last girlfriend is a bit flaky and she acts as if she is auditioning for a role when in fact this is a murder trial and there is nothing to be smiling about and how in the world do you not know your boyfriend has his mail coming to your apartment that is something you would know not just the occassional package because if it's more than just once then he is in fact using your apartment as his mailing address! How many girlfriends did Dr. Murray have at one time? Being a doctor with Propofol has its upsides.

MJ personal life was not perfect either. Dr Murray is an excellent cardiologist and MJ was gifted musican & entertainer. Dr M tried to advise MJ but could not be with MJ every minute.

Dr. Conrad Murray did not do anything worst than Tiger Woods or the host of other men do. Many women throw themselves at men who has a TITLE added to his name or men who are popular, rich or famous. If the lives of most professional men were to be investigated, those of you who live with your heads in the sand will be shocked at what would be revealed. And some women have equally as many partners, so don't fault a man if he is not able to say no thanks honey.

hearing other voices his girlfriend says... who else was in that room? was someone helping the doctor watch him that hes not telling? Could a security been in on it but noones saying? mind boggling. The doctors definately caught in so many wrongs

When Sade Anding was on the phone with doctor Murray, and she heard coughing and mummbling in the background. According to the timeline, Murray was the only one in the room with Jackson. So it had to be Michael, Murray or both.

Think about it!!!!! Maybe he called Nicole from the ambulance to tell her to clean up the house from any profocol or any other drugs in case the police came there to search.. Never mind the "don't be alarm" statement she made in court.

I have more of a comment/question.

We know people die different kinds of ways. ie: in there sleep, instantly from an accident etc. What I would like to know is, if Propoful puts you to sleep then why would MJ eyes and mouth be open and arms stretched out if sleep from the Propoful. Would the Propoful cause this type of death reaction to a patient dying or dead? or was it something else? From the testimony of the security guard that came in after being called by Mr Williams to go there. He stated he saw MJ eyes slightly open, mouth open, head turned to the left and both arms stretch out from the body on both sides. . mmmm. I am just curious. Thanks

Why doesn't the media say he was a drug addict, if it was a common man his death would be classed as an overdose, and he would be knowed as a drug addict. Remember E. Presley was on drugs and the media called him a drug addict, why the double standard?

Really I am a Pharmacist... this guy probably got the po drugs.. either illegally or from 5 different pharmacies... also the iv propofol he must have ordered directly from a manufacterer or a drug warehouse using his dea number saying it was for use in his personal practice.

This man belongs in jail and for alot longer then 4 years. He is lucky he is getting off as easy as he is. He has to live with the fact that he literally killed Michael Jackson.. Drug seeker or not IF murray had said no i will not admininister that drug he would still be alive.

Someone needs to verify Conrad Murrays credintials, what school he went too. I have been a O,R Nurse for more that 15 years and I have yet to encounter a doctor who could not due manual resussitation.. there was
a Ambo on the floor why didn't he use it..and who doe's chest compressions with one hand...He claims to be a surgeon..there needs to be a search of the OR records of Robert Russel..Murray probably stayed in the OR suite until Mr Russel was put under and then Conrad Murray left the room...there are two sets of records that contain the name of each persons participation one by the Annestesis and one by the Circulating Nurse...Conrad Murray is a liar and a fraud..The Hippocratic Oath for the medical profession is "FIRST DO NO HARM"....Conrad caused Michael Jacksons death and he should spend the rest of his life in jail with no chance for perole

Someone mention in their comment about Dr. Conrad Murray is a Certified Doctor, Dr. Murray IS NOT a Board Certified Cardiologist Doctor, he a Cardiologist, it seems to me he did not take the time to be come one, still he should have known that Propofol is for patients Propol is for patients having surgery in a hospital or Certified Surgerical Clinic. The Pharmacist was in the wrong, he should have made a full investigation as to why Dr. Murray is ordering so much Propofol and other drugs. An yes, I do believe Nicole Alvarez was acting, she knew she was acting. What bone-head. She will be remembered, but only as a witness in Dr. Murray's trial.

I believe MJ was already dead when Mr. Murray was on the phone with the Sade, because when she asked him how he was, he couldn't answer. If he had been on the phone with various people for over an 1/2 hr., when did he go downstairs shouting for help? And wouldn't someone on the phone heard that? MJ was dead, he ran downstairs for help, got back upstairs in a "panic", began his phone calls, and that's when people rushed in the room.

I have heard enough! Lies after Lies from Dr.Conrad, His entire existence is one big Lie, Just wonder how he came in MJ's life – must be by Lies as well, MJ trusted every one and for that he paid with his life! I was born the same year MJ was and too see this happen to such a gently, humble and kindest soul is a shame. Can’t imagine this world without MJ.

The Recording of Michael Jackson from March 10 2009 made me cry and scared me. It should be used agents Dr Murry because he was his doctor and gave him drugs!

My concerns regarding Conrad Murrary, M.D.
1. How did CM and MJ first become associated.
2. Did MJ's staff research the medical credentials of CM. Public records indicate that CM is a trained Internist and Cardiologist. Did MJ have reason to secure the services of a Cardiologist.
3. Did CM and MJ initially meet to evaluate each other where CM would have theoretically taken an intense medical history. Was there any indication given to CM that there was a history of drug addiction.
4. Can CM produce all his personal medical history/progress notes for MJ as well as copy of MJ's past medical records that he would have used to determine on-going medical treatment.
5. Since becoming MJ's physician did CM order current lab, xrays or any other medical tests.

So very sad this man get all this attention, before they actually find that he is guilty. I dont see the point in getting 3 stupid women on the stand, did they help kill michael? did they plan it or what ? why do they have them even in the court room? fo what? can you answer that for me , I just dont understand.
