This has got to be one of the most compelling trials in history. What a sick human being, oh sorry, she is not human, no one human could kill that beautiful little chid.

i have been watching this trail and following this story for 2 years or so and find the differing stories quite interesting..cindy anthony is on the stand today and it appears as though the padilla fellow who was the bondsman for casey was right about her being in a state of denial..she even said she continued to look for "zani" the nanny until about 6 weeks ago, even though there is no such person! i wonder if anyone else picked up on that..

I understand from watching jury selection that Judge Perry stated to potential jury members this trial would last roughly between 6-8 weeks. However, I'm curious why they are holding the trial on Saturday because I would think this should be downtown for jury members, so they can rest on the weekends and spend time with family members and come back feeling fresh and ready to go on Monday....Rick

I have been following this story from the start, and I have always thought Casey was guilty ...but there are some very strange facts coming forward...and making some questions come to my mind. During the trial, we heard that Casey was going to get the parents house to live in ...where were they planning to go????? Maybe the searches on the web were going to be used to kill her parents ..If she had them out of the way, then she could live however she wanted. ... Next question .. the swimming pool in the back yard .. it is still there, and it sounds like they still use it .. would you want to have the pool that Caylee died in there as a morbid reminder .. I wouldn't want to use it again .,..I think if George really knew she died there , he would have torn it down... Of course if he was keeping the secret from Cindy he would just have to pretend all was normal. One other thing I noticed, Casey's lies to her friends were told, to try to make her fit in with their life styles.. they seemed to be making it on their own, and planning to have good jobs and futures, she really didn't have a bright future ahead of her , unless she landed a rich guy to take care of her.
Myself, I do not see how she kept all the lies straight. I would not want to be on the jury, and have to sort all the facts fron the fiction.

All this testimony of George and Cindy, coming after others testify about interactions with them both, and they sit in the courtroom listening! I don't get how Judge Perry's ruling to exclude them from sequestration is not going to be a gigantic judicial error if/when this goes to appeal!!

I would like to know about the car, why did she leave it at the Amscot?
if it was only out of gas, why didnt she just get more gas ???, clearly it was not broken down.

The Casey Anthony case reminds me of the Menendez brothers case, they also claimed that both their parents sexually abused them,everything was a lie as with this girl, she is a sociopath incapable of any kind of feeling , she feels only for herself, this poor parents gave her everything and now she degrates them in the most disgusting way possible, I have a cousin that lies about everything and she was not raised in a disfuctional home and was not sexsually abused, she also never killed any of her children,I don't beleive that a sexually abused person can block their child death and go on like nothing specially if that person the day before loved that child, no way. She liked her daughter for a while like a stuffed animal, can't say like a dog because you don't even behave like she did if you loose your pet, she cries now but controlled herself in June 2008.
I hope that she won't get away with this crime as O.J did and like Scott Peterson is punished for the crime. We tax payers have paid enough for this girl, lets not keep her in our taxes for the rest of her life.

As annoyed and even angry as I have been with George and Cindy Anthony thoughout the investigation, my heart truly aches for them as they testify. I am a mother of four and grandmother of two little girls and their pain is so evident on the stand. I only hope at this point that stop trying to "help" Casey, face reality and just tell the truth.

It appears that Casey Anthony and her defense are coming up with all kind of stories to see what sticks to the wall. If they can get any story to stick to the wall, that is her defense.

George Anthony of all people knows that he could not cover up Cayle's death if it was an accident. There is no reason he could not call the police if it was an accident

The fit Casey threw after her mother came off the stand for a break Saturday morning – what was all that about? Can anyone read lips? Her mother did not even say anything that could have upset Casey.

When her attorneys touch her back, is this Casey's cue to start crying? One day one of the attorneys first handed her a kleenex, and then she started crying. I guess this is another cue. It would be less obvious if they just kicked her under the table as a cue.

We need a lip readre. Casey flipped when her mother was leaving the courtroom after testifying.. What was she saying???

After her Mothers testimony today...she will be convicted of 1st degree...but she will get life, not execution, because her family is telling the truth and she is still their daughter, They do not want to lose another family member and they love Casey. the strangest case i have ever witnessed on tv or in real life!!! i don't understand how she can drag her whole family down with her. also why is it no one else can make faces in the courtroom but casey can. Another thing i think casey went back home lots of times once the parents left for work, Also they keep saying how good of mother she was when in reality she did not work !! so that means george and cindy anthony are the ones who clothed, fed, and gave everything to caylee not casey!!! casey in my opinion is a manipulative liar! i think she planned the whole thing, maybe thats how the baby died, with duct tape and then casey threw her in the pool, what a witch!!!

When is anyone going to pick up on the idea that "Zannie" could be shorthand for Xanax? I think Casey drugged her child and left her in the trunk of the car while she was partying or spending time with boyfriends Perhaps the child didn't sleep well enough so she started using chloroform. When Casey taped the cloth on, the child may have lost consciousness and died. Then Casey may heve spent those days covering up the crime. An accident maybe, but the action would have been a crime. I'd like to see her spend the rest of her life in prison. Death is too easy. She needs to face fellow prisoners who hate people who hurt children.

Here is the real TRUTH: GA wanted another "father's day" gift from Casey when she and Caylee were about to swim. Casey fought off GA, accidently releasing Caylee to drown in the pool. GA covered Caylee with the tape as a symbol of never bei...ng able to speak the truth and knowing Casey would fabricate the story. Notice how GA always places his index finger over his mouth. A sure sign of symbolism. Notice how GA never contacted Casey as much as Cindy... Notice how GA was also living a double life with his mistress...creating a "world" of his own...humm... just like Casey. Neither Casey nor GA had "real" jobs.... The tragedy is that Caylee's death is on the hands of both GA and Casey. Both of those adults were there at the pool. Watch as Baez unfolds this scenario....

Keep a camera on Casey at all times, split the screen! Been watching how she changes from half dead to totally flippin out with her lawyers when she does not like what is said. Reminds me of the jail house tape when she flipped out on her parents! Did she flip out like that on Caylee for some simple little reason and grab her? Or just drug the girl so she could party and ooops went too far????? I want to see the whole trial before I really go with my gut about her being guilty..but so far Casey is not letting me down....she is soooo proving herself!

When dose this trail become about Caylee I am sick of hearing about Casey I hope she gets the max on punishment the death penalty is to easy for Casey.

As a nurse I know that when someone drowns they have water in their lungs. If they are killed first then dumped or thrown in water NO water will be found in the lungs. Even with Little Caylee lying in that swampy area for months there would not be any water in her lungs. If she had drown in the family pool then the autopsy should of stated water was found in her lungs. I have never heard anything regarding this matter..... Has anyone else ??? I thought this point would of already been brought up by the state... Im assuming in due time.

Unfortunately I believe that Miss Casey Anthony was so angry with her mom and envious of the relationship between her mom and Caylee that she decided to punish her mom by removing Caylee from their home place. But, I think that Casey used the Chloroform drug on her baby to cause her to be quiet and the last time she used that drug to quiet Caylee she came back to find her deceased. My heart goes out to the Anthony Family in this their time of suffering.

As to ? regarding water in lungs. I think it was stated that only bones were found. There were no lungs to check.

Don't forget the jailhouse tape when Casey tells her father George that he was the best father to her and the best grandfather to Caylee; that Caylee was so lucky to have had him in her life.

As far as the outburst on Saturday after her mother leaves the stand, Casey says Cindy has never supported her, especially in the last 3 years. It is just a rant against her mother for not continuing the lie and putting forth Casey's innocence as she did up til 6 weeks ago.

This defense is based on the lie Casey told to the fellow jail inmate. In Casey's note she claimed that Lee fooled with her sports bra while she was sleeping and that she "thinks" her dad may have fooled with her as well, but she is not sure. So, the team picked up the ball and ran with it as far as sexual abuse. None of this is true, of course.

Casey has no use for anyone who cannot serve her purpose and only hers.

As far as being a "good mother" as her friends have testified, Casey was "on" when she was around her peers, seeking to present herself in the best light possible, as narcissists will do. But, there is a written statements from a computer store employee who says that when Casey & Caylee visited his store Casey was noticeably rude to the child, so much so that he expresses disdain for her. No need to act well in front of a mere retail employee who is not in Casey's coveted social circle.

Everything the Defense says amounts to the lowest form of defense I have ever seen. This is desperation. I hope Casey thinks she is winning and takes the stand. She'll be reduced to a lying sociopath for all to see. Prosecutors examine people for a living. They will put her in her proper place.

I have been following this case for about 2 years and I have had difference in opinion no one can positively say she did or did not do it they say actions speak louder than words, but honestly if her showing no emotions or "acting right" according to what society refers to "right behavior" then why is nothing said to her showing fear from "murdering' her daughter. Some people from what I have seen on television they are in hiding when they commit a murder they run she stayed and went in the public's eye. The father seems to be hiding more than he is letting everyone know all testimonies are that Cindy asked where her granddaughter was not the grandfather. He is arguing with the defense attorney over simple questions. The family is messed up to begin with and like it has been said she is supposed to be innocent until proven guilty, but I guess that saying is out the window.

I'd give a pretty penny to have someone that could read lips read what Casey was saying when she was so agitated about what her mother was testifying.

My mother would always said "if you tell one lie then you will need to tell 10 more lies to get out of the first". Casey lies so much, why would she think anyone would a word out of her mouth. I feel so bad for the grandparents and my heart goes out to them. When the defense keeps asking the questions about how Casey took care of Caylee I keep thinking the grandparents also took care of the baby. They would make sure she ate, was not physically harmed, etc. When I watched the video of Caylee's 2nd birthday and Cindy and George were smiling and so happy, I feel so bad for them because since their granddaughter went missing you never see them smiling again. Just concern and worry about that cute and precious little girl. One last thing, I watch Casey getting so upset when her mother left the stand on Saturday and Cindy didn't look over at her. What does Casey expect, she is blaming her whole family in this trial. When her Mother went to see her the weekend before the trial and she turned her Mother away and not wanting to talk to her. As so many people are saying, Casey is thinking only of herself and no one else.

There have been several references to the FBI testing Lee to see if he was the bio father of Caylee. This appeared to have happened some time ago. ( ? prior to the death) When and why would the FBI be involved. I would like to hear more about this. I also would like to know if anyone could figure out what Casey was saying when she threw her fit on Saturday. This trial is mesmerizing and the hosts are doing a great job analyzing for us.

This woman is the biggest liar I have ever seen, but must of all she does not have feelings. She knows she is going to be found guilty and she is so cold hearted that she wants to take everybody around her, no dignity! You can tell she is lying when she makes all kinds of faces every time something is said about her parents, about her behavior, or her life. There is so much hate in her eyes towards her parents... It's a shame that we taxpayers are paying so much money for this trial to be going on. I never saw a tear in her eyes before when all this was being brought up, when she was detained the first time and now she has to put up a show on a daily basis. This is only a fashion show, every day wearing a different wardrobe. Her hair done and looking around as she was the one watching someone else's trial. May God be with those parents, it's a shame, even if they had any part of blame in the dissapearance of this precious little girl.

Having been a police officer for many years, I know that George Anthony is fully aware of a "check on the welfare" call. I routinely went on these types of calls. Why didn't he request such a check, at the very least after smelling the odor in the car? He waited two more weeks, and then his wife made the 911 calls, not him. Also, he was a detective, so why didn't he do some covert detecting after his wife was so scared and worried? I know I would do that for a loved one just to ease their concerns. And what reasonable father wouldn't ask who the father of their soon to be grandchild is? No reasonable father would wait until after the baby was born? Especially a former police officer, it is in their nature to be curious or suspicious. Which leads to this, what father wouldn't notice his thin daughters pregnancy until the seventh month, especially when that daughter lives with them and they see each other almost daily. If there was no possible molesting or accusations of molesting going on, why did George and Lee both move out of the house within about a month of each other? Something is up there.

What ever happened to "innocent until proven guilty". I too have doubts but the lawyer on today's commentary during the trial has not only convicted her but inserting her own "I'd cry if my mother was crying" line. Did she have Casey's childhood? Think they all attended the Nancy Grace pick a side and stick to it school. Never any room for doubt when she has made up her mind.

I think that George and Cindy are the true mystery to this whole case.

Remember when George Anthony left the home to kill himself? What do you think that's all about? Could it be guilt? Or could it be grief?

I am not sticking up for casey anthony, but, in the phone calls her mother made to the police the mother stated HER car was stolen by her daughter. tried to have her arrrested for grand theft auto. than in another call about her missing granddaughter, the mother states the last time caylee was seen was in HER daughters car(meaning caseys car).the same car. Mother knew she was being taped in the calls at the police station thats why she is so calm when she talks to casey. The mother even uses the older son. Screwed up family. What kind of a man leaves a law enforcement job in ohio with benefits to come to Florida with no job offers. to work in security. kids 4 and 7 at the time.

Casey Anthony made reference to having received a phone call from a number that had been disconnected. Can someone explain how you receive a call from a disconnected number?

A few ppl. are commenting what CA said on Sat. when her mother left the stand. At one pt. it looked liked she said she did that to hurt me and the woman sitting nxt. to her said I know..... She does have such a mad face on when her mother is testisfying and God only knows what is going on in that sick mind of hers !!!!
But to see Cindy so distraught was really emotional and there was really no reaction from CA that she could be witnessing her mother having a nervous breakdown. I really thought they were going to break and come back and say she had to go to the hospital.

This case is plain and simple, Jose Baez isjust trying to make a name for himself with this absurd defense. I think he has an antisocial personality just like his client. Casey only cries for Casey. Her mother seems to care more about Caylee's death than she does.

Watching the Casey Anthony trial today for the first time during the day on HLN since I am home from work.

Love this judge! And trying to figure out what Jose Biaz is up to with the questions regarding the nanny and that time frame since the defense has squelched that theory now that the baby was 'drowned' on the first day she went 'missing'...strange, but maybe to establish Casey's ability to lie and people believed her??

Casey is used to getting what she wants when she wants. She is a evil evil women and I say that tongue in cheek (child) who wanted her little one out of her hair, she was angry at her Mother and did something about it. How can anyone put tape on a child while she was alive??? Neither her brother or her dad touched her, she is a liar from the get go and her attorney knows it. May she fry in the electric chair or what ever means of death method they use in Florida. She crys at the drop of a hat and they are ffalse tears and gets angry like when Cindy said Lee and her father did the landscaping by Caylees little house she was fit to be tied. she wanted the criedt of that. I know the jury will see through her....

Casey wouldn't be the first mother in history to "snap" when her child demands to be with her grandma/grandpa/caretaker instead of her.
Regardless of her love for her daughter, the resentment Casey has toward her mother Cindy, is so intense, coupled with her fantasies/delusions, she just lost it, something triggered her rage !
Alternate Accident scenario: she punishes her daughter by taping her up, places a heart sticker on the mouth while in her snit and then comes back to find her daughter unexpectedly, dead. That's also an Accident, the kind we read about in road rage, domestic abuse, etc happening everyday, by "nice" loving, people

I am puzzled by the defense's strategy generally, and totally perplexed by Baez's questions today, the thrust of which seemed to be, "Casey being a Big Fat Liar, why did you believe her?"
Of course, it is the AUTHOR of the lie(s) who is the culpable and blameworthy person–particularly in this case, when the teller of tall tales also happens to be the child's only known parent.
As distasteful as I have found the Anthony family to be in general, there is no greater penalty for the grandparents than that which they have already paid through the loss of their granddaughter through homicide. For the defense to essentially point the finger at the grandparents for being duped by their own daughter is astonishing, and I cannot believe that it will be fruitful. I was also stunned to see that the defense opened the door to the admission of Casey's record of SIX felony convictions. That's gotta hurt.

Just because Casey was not a good mother does not mean she committed this horrific murder of little Caylee. We can not pre-judge this case on those facts alone. So home jurors, please keep an open mind as we go forward.

Did anyone notice that on the 911 Call, Cindy Anthony said the last time she saw Caylee was June 7th? If that's the case, how did Caylee drown on June 16th???

Vinnie, Today May 31. cindy anthony testified that on June 16,2008 She came home from work and went to walk her dogs in the back yard and saw that the steps to the pool was on the pool and that the gate was opened. She stated that she called George at his job and he stated it wasn't him. then she stated that it must of been Casey.If George didn't use the pool on that day and was at his job, then how could he have been with Casey on that day when Mr. Beaz said in his opening statement that george was there when caylee drowned. Mr. Anthony had to be at work at 3, and casey knew this. you can't be in two places at the same time. I think that statement blows Mr. Beaz's opening statements out of the water. Mr. anthony was questioned intensively by the police. he didn't get arrested. SHE DID.............

I would pray, not to have the majority of these people to decide my fate. I do not know what happened to this precious God given child but, something is very wrong. Yes Casey may not show alot of emotions towards the death of her child but, this girl is on trial for her life. She has to focus on her case. Yes she is a piece of work, but that doesn't make her a killer. Everdently there are issues between her and mom where things has happened and her mom did not believe her or stood buy her. I feel that the mom knows or feels something concerning this pool situation. She has to choose between her daughter or her husband. This may be what Casey has been experiencing all her life, and may be why she seems to look like a coldhearted, and uncaring person, because now and once again the one person who she looks to protect and stand buy her is once again not there! Just because the father was in law enforcement,does not make him a honest and truthfull person either! Just my opinon, look at the eyes! Casey's eyes. There's alot going on. I think the defence is going to have their case blow up in there face. The defence says that Casey had all these imaginary friends(during Cindy Anthony testimony...maybe she has lied about be molested too! I dont think her lawyers are aware that they are only proving how uncredible "tot mom" actually is!! Casey murdered her daughter, no ifs, ands or buts!

There is no denying the authenticity of Grandmother Cindy Anthony. I found the testimony of Casey's former friend Amy-who said Casey told her that Cindy thought that , she (Casey).was a UNFIT MOTHER, very revealing!

I believe that Casey came from a very dysfunctional family and I would NEVER give her the death penalty. I have absolutely zero sympathy for Cindy Anthony as she is a drama queen and the queen bee.. Casey was a very young and vulnerable girl trying to raise a little girl and her mother used this vulnerabilty against her. Instead of Cindy giving direction to Casey in life she made it a point to be at emotional war with Casey. Cindy taught her daughter everything she knows, and was manipulating by playing the fence the whole time...

It seems to be a fabric of Casey's life that she relishes and exploits people with her imaginary friends and activities. Perhaps she is also imagining her alleged abuse as an excuse for her sociopathic behavior.

Of those 6 calls or more Casey made to her Mother and Father on the day the drowning happend... Did either one of them return her call especilly being so many calls in row...You would think both did.. if so what was said.. and if not what was 'their' excuse??...With such a loving and kind and ever loving Grandfather and Grandmother like 'I' wish 'I' I could have have had...and with 6 or so in a row I am sure they did ..because something surley is probabably wrong with so many in a row like that.. so I wonder what the conversation was when they both called her back....

I was molested from I don't know when until I was 12 by two of my brothers. I told my mother, my father and FL Child Protective Services. I received no help. I have been on my own since 15, had my first child at 16. I lived a horrible abusive childhood. I not once have I considered harming any of my children. I am very protective of my children and they were never left alone especially with a male.

Casey is a real piece of work. She killed this baby, it was no accident. I've never seen someone so selfish that she would rather have her child dead than go to her parents and ask they take custody.

My Goodness my heart so goes out to Cindy Anthony in this.I can't even imagine how much pain she feels over this whole situation with her Grand daughter.I can't understand how this all is even making any sense to anyone listening or even the jury at this time.How can anyone do such a horrific thing to there own child is beyond me.If she was such a concerned Mother she would have called the Police the moment her daughter was out her sight.No Mother that has children would know there child was missing and not contact someone to help look for them.There is NO WAY!! I wonder if there has ever been DNA done on Calley's Body. If Casey was sexually abused by her brother and or father. Maybe one of them could the the father. Cindy just seems bossy enough to have her make her daughter carry a baby to term that would be her grand daughter but also Casey's sister. I have watched every minute of the trial from the very beginning. The media coverage and 'trial summaries' don't even touch the surface of the depth of this tragedy. Casey Anthony had issues, yes, but she is not a maniacal evil witch and she did not murder her daughter. She will be found not guilty, there is no doubt in my mind.

For the first time I thought Cyndy was sincere. its hard being someone who comes from abuse thinking the mother must know .because it is clear to see something is wrong within this family,I thought wow this poor women, but when she was questioned by the defense and I found out she was already making money off the case I changed my mind again,I thought in other cases if you already excepted money for your opinions you could.nt be used in court. IF George Anthony sexually abused Casey, why on God's green earth would she EVER have left Caylee alone in his care – ?

To everyone wondering why the parents did not call the missing child in sooner? Casey is an adult, and the normal protocall for children is turning 18 moving out on their own and starting a family. Sometimes us parents don't hear from our kids for a few days/weeks for they have their own families or lifes. Yes Casey lived with them, but according to the testimonys of many she stayed the night at her boyfriends house's all the time. So how can you claim someone is missing when they are (should be) with their parents? I think Cindy and George were trying to give her the "adulthood" freedom and since they thought she was working, and all her other lies, how can you assume something is wrong. My son takes his son with him to visit people a few states over for a week at a time, its not in my place to keep a constant eye on him. But thank god I have a closer family and my children do check in with me at least every other day or so.

I would like to know if anyone of Casey Anthony's friends was using chloroform as a recreational drug. One of her friends had a facebook posting of a woman with the tag line "Win her over with chloroform". Could Casey have been looking up ways to make the drub because she didn't have the money to purchase it herself. Or did she get the idea to drug her little daughter from using it with her friends? Chloroform has been known to be a cheap substitute for GHB or ecstasy. No one has yet mentioned this as far as I know.

After a weird dream, I don't want this to sound to spooky, but Casey's attorneys and/or parents should consider having her under suicide watch.

I have a niece that is a sociopath and they will go to great links to be the center of attention in the family and lying is part of the makeup. I see so many similarites between Casey and my niece. I don't think George could have held his dead g/dtr in his arms and pretend it never happened..and if Casey had a job how come she couldn't afford to put gas in her car? The bf should have figured that out! How could she afford to pay a nanny $400 a wk..maybe that's why she couldn't afford gas, lol. On Lee, I remember at the memorial for Caylee, he says he loves Casey and he would take their secret to his grave..what secret? No one has brought that up yet. I really think she was giving Caylee some Zanax or Cloroform to make her sleep while she partied and she just never woke up and then she panicked. I have been wondering where she left this little girl to sleep while she did these things? Don't think I really want to know!

The defense is saying that George sexually abused Casey..but in the jailhouse tapes she praises George and Cindy for being the best g/parents and that George has been the best dad anyone could ever ask for! Now if I was molested, I don't think I would be glorifying him! She just keeps digging her grave deeper! She knows she is guilty and is going to try to take the family down with her.

has anyone checked to see if she has multiple personality disorder
that would fit with all the people places and jobs she has had. If she really was molested as a child that could trigger a mental illness like that. Seems to fit after all I've heard

Wanted to tell Cheryl that the reason they couldn't find water in her lungs is because, there was no body left to detect that, only bones. Still we all know the drowning is made up. Too much evidence of another type of death, like the chloroform and the duct tape found over the face. So tightly bound that it held her chin in place under the skull. The shocking part of this is how many men slept with her without knowing how truly psycho and delusional Caysee really is. The father is out there and dosen't know he's the father. If I were her mother I would have forced her to give all the names of the men she slept with to figure it out. I think the cadevar dogs hit on the pool because she must have carried her dead body around the yard looking for a place to dispose of her, after leaving her in the trunk till she died. The dogs don't smell immediate drown victims.

An issue is being made today that George was quiet and not saying much after the police showed up or right after Lee got to their house. It looks to me that Cindy wears the pants in the family and he is used to taking a back seat on family matters, hence his silence.

I think Jose Baez is grasping at straws. It is Casey's father and brother who molested her, Zorida, Cindy Anthony, the friends, boyfriends, Dick Tracy, . it is everyone elses fault but Caseys! People are not that stupid.

Personally I believe it was a case of a selfish, immature, self centered, spoiled rotten girl who probably wanted to go out and party. She cloroformed that child and did'nt think she would die. I believe Casey killed Caylee to spite her mother. I think she feared losing Caylee to Cindy and so she was going to make sure that no one would have her. As far as the drowning defense..... Do they know that George and the girls were at the house that day ? How close are the neighbors ? If they were frantacilly yelling Caylee's name and then found her in the pool, you would think that a neighbor would have heard some sort of commotion. Also, can they check cell phone pings for everyone on that day to confirm their where abouts ?

I believe she is quilty: I was molested by my father as a child, I'm a normal adult. My children are normal......I cut my father out of my life as of age 17 and never looked back. My parents were still married, so I had to give up my mother at 17 as well but I got away. She is quilty and a horrible liar. I watch her on TV and I seen her after the child was missing out partying, that's not normal for a griving mother, I would be in mourning if this happened to me. I would not smile until my child was found and could possibly need to seek mental health. I would not smile for many many months as this would be the most horrific time of my life. She knows what happened to her daughter and was most likely the problem.

While watching the trial today and listening to Casey's taped statement the day her daughter was reported missing, I was totally amazed at how fluidly and easily the detailed lies came out of her mouth. She is an amazing liar!

so if casey told her mother she was working, where did she get the money from to buy things for her little girl, thats why her mother was giving her pressure, because it would look like she is a bad mother because she didnt spend any money on her little daughter, because she was not working, but in the mother's eyes she was working. All these pressures came to a head and casey saw no way out, and wanted to leave home, but not the task of caring for her daughter. Casey wanted to be free to go partying and watch movies with her boyfriend and steal people's money and buy lots of clothes.

I would say that casey a'. mother and father knew that she had a problem growing up in the same household with them, yet it seems like they were in denial of her problems, they knew that she was a liar way before little caylee came up missing. They knew that she could not hold a job down that is why she had lived in the house with her parents all her life and never had to pay rent, but yet she seemed to get money from somewhere , they were taking care of casey and caylee. Why didn't they encourage her to try and keep a job, get her own place etc, as many young people would have loved to do to get out on thier own. because the parents knew that she was not capable way before this happened. About the duct tape when they found little caylee's remains they said that the tape was over her mouth , how in the world could the tape still be over her mouth when it was just a skeleton, if the tape was taped to the flesh would it have stayed on during the decaying of the body? no, I don't understand that.

Does anyone remember the Amscot Employee testifying that she looked inside the car and saw a blanket in the back.. She didn't work Sunday but on Monday had the car picked up.
When Cindy Anthoney was asked what was in the back seat she said the car seat with the doll sitting in it Casey's slacks and shoes.
I live in a hot weather area and if we see a car with a car seat our first instinct is has a child been left in the car?? Which if the car seat was there did the Amscot employee mention it. Or just the blanket. So question is where did the blanket go?

It must be so difficult for Casey to keep all of those lies straight. Now she can relax because she is now riding on someone elses conjered up lies. She jumped right on that train and is riding it home. Although the story that Casey and her attorneys have come up with, the one thing that keeps nagging me is; something IS very weird about this whole thing. I like proof and reasons why. I've a question rather than a comment. Re: The parking lot where Casey Anthony's car was parked when she ran out of gas. The lady who worked at the Loan company where Casey's car was parked said that before she called the police she walked around the car and looked in the windows. She stated that she saw a blanket in the back seat but when they showed the picture of the contents of the car, I saw no blanket? Any ideas why this has never been mentioned again?

I cannot believe that anyone would believe that Casey's parents would harm Caylee. I hope that Casey is convicted. Who could not wish this after the terrible way her child was killed. I have watched her throughout this investigation and she has guilt written all over her. I pray each day for her to get the electric chair.

I have heard reports that Casey used Xanax to drug her daughter. Does anybody else think it's strange that the name or nickname of the made up nanny is " Zanny" the nanny??? I mean really......Casey stated that this imaginary person has taken care of her daughter for almost 2 years, when asked "where is Caylee?" she says with ""ZANNY" the nanny. maybe this poor child was drugged since she was an infant. I just think its kinda strange that the name of the drug and the imaginary persons name is very similar!!! Just a thought!!

I don't believe for a second that Casey was sexually abused by either George or Lee. At one point she said that she was sexually abused by her brother Lee and she said "I think my Dad may have done things to me too." Now I hear that the Dad sexually abused her since she was 8 and Lee tried to touch her breasts when she was older. So which is it? And if she had been sexually abused by Lee and George, why, when she was finally safe from them, her being behind bars, did she say how much she loved Lee and only wanted to talk to Lee and talked to her dad on those videos in a nicer manner than she talked to her Mom? And if it was an accident, which I don't believe either, being as self centered and interested only in partying and whatever guy she can get to pay attention to her, would she be willing to spend 3 years in prison and not give up her Dad if he was the one who found Caylee drowned? You'd think she'd give him up and say he made her lie and get him behind bars so she'd be safe? She's a Sociopath and a pathological liar and I think she's as guilty of premeditated murder and does deserve the Death Penalty. And she is not, not guilty due to insanity. If she was insane she would not know right from wrong and therefore wouldn't lie as she didn't know it was wrong.

I worry that Casey's pathologic lying, self-absorption, and detachment may make her so unlikable that the jury will reach a verdict based upon their dislike of her, rather than the evidence. Although the judge will instruct otherwise, I think it will be very difficult for the jurors to set it aside.

She is innocent until and unless the evidence proves otherwise, not because her lies and narcissism make her unlikable. Lying, stealing, partying, and perceived lack of concern for her missing daughter do NOT
mean she killed Caylee.

I think Judge Belvin is a fair and just judge.
He has a very hard job keeping everyone in line to

I have been following this case for 2yrs or so, and it surprises me the way some people are willing to believe the sexual abuse story and that George hid the baby's body. Casey has lied about everything, big elaborate stories and we are suddenly suppose to believe her that she was abused? Come on, Even Dr Drew is confused and says people who have been extremely abused wouldn't act like this, more so Casey is a Sociopath. It is so irratating to see Casey shaking her head during testimony like a child denying they did anything wrong. I just hope they get justice for Caylee, and if Casey does get off. She will have to eventually have to justify her self to a bigger judge

Also I would like to answer the person who was asking about the blanket in the back seat, it was taken for evidence and someone was asking about if she drowned wouldn't their be water in the lungs, unfortunately, when they found Caylee the only thing left was a small skeleton so they really don't know what she died from. The Prosecution thinks she suffucated due to the duct tape with the heart sticker stuck to the front of it (which was found in Casey's house heart sticker's) over her mouth and nose. Poor child may she rest in peace.

i wonder if casey got the drowning pool idea from the detective who was talking to her on the tapes,about having to talk with moms who ran over their child... drowned in a pool,etc.
when baez crossed examined he asked the detective about that statement but never mentioned the pool drowning part..

Watch and listen closely to what Casey says in her jail discussion with her father. She slipped and said that she "loved" (past tense) Caylee and then immediately corrected the statement.

Has it ever occured to the defense to just tell the truth or don't they know? This is the justice system and the Truth will prevail – and It would have set her free! I am glad her mom and and dad and lee are not letting the love bring them all down – don't lose sight this is about Caylee (not Casey – she snuffed the life out of a precious innocent life that was everything – she is/was not).

@ Cathy Ess – she is lying for a reason.. She was lying from the beginning and lied so much she started to believe her own lies, her family believed her lies until the little girl went missing and then they put truth first. Casey didn't plan on that and all of a sudden with police involved, she was not as good of a liar as she thought she was, it is unveiling before everyone's eyes. Truth always rises to the top, but she has not even told the truth to her attorney, how do you represent someone like her – a lot of guessing, and that is why it isn't working – she will not speak truth. Where do the lies end and the truth begin?

Zanax could have been the babysitter, and duct tape to keep her quite until Casey was done partying. When Casey came back to the car, Caylee was dead. Seems like partying was more important than her child. Blanket was gone because it was used to wrap her dead body in.

the prosecution will lose because they have a terrible lawyer. she is th most boring long, long winded, slow moving person i've ever seen. She has zero charisma and isn't engaging the jury at all. casey's lawyer is quite the opposite. The jury is falling asleep, somehow she is making what is arguable one of the most infamous, dramatic, murder cases in 10 years a colossal bore. I predict a marsha clark/ johnny cochran type conclusion. entirely because of her poor skills in the courtroom. of course casey is guilty, and at the very least a malignant narcissist (if not a sociopath), but she will get off on manslaughter. death penalty is out because the LAWYER for the prosecution is so colossally bad in the courtroom. the case is rock solid, the lawyer is going to blow it

I've noticed in the jailhouse recorded visits with her family, as well as in the police interview, how often Casey prefaces her sentences with the words and phrases "trust me", "honestly", "to tell the truth", "to be honest", etc. Then she goes on to say things that we now know for sure are lies.

The investigator is not tedious explaining evidence and I wish commentators would not make that perception like a blanket statement. That is the way they present the news. Just what they feel is important

Question: Was Baez compelled to present some sort of a cause of death that involved Casey? Could he not have just said "We don't know what happened, and the State has to prove Casey was involved." It seems to me that by linking Casey to the death, or at least the coverup, he's given the prosecution much more rope to hang her with than if they had to prove her involvement beyond the car.

Bodies emit urine and fecal matter when they die. I understand a pool must be drained (by law) when someone has died in it. a) was that done? b) was the pool water checked for the child's emissions?

Regarding the blanket from the car: Was it tested for signs of chlorine from the pool? Were there any hairs in/on blanket which would show signs of chlorine from pool, if in fact she actually drowned first?

does anyone recall when casey told her mother someone took her child while at the park and that she couldn't do anything because of the people she (zanny) was connected with.

Missed question? Casey"s interview at Universal came in the wake of a rare admission by her - that she had lied about having a job there.
Since she had said she had dropped Caylee off with "Zanny" before going to work - why didn"t detective ask her WHERE she went after leaving Caylee off ...In fact, Casey would have needed to explain her movements over two years without a job.
A theory: Time was catching up to Casey ...as Caylee grew older, she could have told grandparents about babysitters - or worse, the lack of any sitter named Zanny ever.

6-3-2011, as survivor i want to know was casey rountinely ignored deprived of water to the point where she drank liquid plant fertilizer and her own urine this was an abuse child controlling pattern of behavior , bruises welts are the most frequent evidence found on the face torso buttocks back or thighs of an abuse, some children that is physical sexual abuse could cause serious emotional or mental disorder in some cases without any harm evident in the childs behavior or condition was casey punished such as tortured or confinement of a child in a dark closet as a child , as a child i went throught all the extreme abuse of a child , the pain the suffering the memories from the age of 3 to 13 casey does not show any signs of being abuse from what i can see i will tell you what i think happen to her as a little child she did something bad and got away with it and it felt good this now was her secret as she grew up continue getting better starting to loved it she can now do no wrong in anybody eyes never ever got caught befor the evil in her went to far now she have to pay the piper my thoughts i just finish writing my book on incest a true real story about a little girl was sexual abuse by 4 family members in a small town not yet publish thank you so much teresa bug

No one I have heard mentioned: 1) The 2nd cell phone someone bought for her with numbers all over Fla. What is that for? (video talk with Lee Anthony which seemed to be cryptic.) 2) How happy and laughing she was after the last video was shown today (Friday.) It appeared that Jose patted her on the back a couple of times? Was it because they felt the video helped their case? Mentioned wanting to mend the relationship with dad which could be taken many ways.

I was brutally abused by one brother, another abused me for years and father tried and suggested many times. I was never comfortable at all around any of them. Only at a certain point did I tell family about the violent rape (brother was like in 30s and I was 16) but family never believed me and I have been an outcast since (all those people are dead now.) I kep that a secret but was not a big liar, I told the truth too much about everything else. But everyone has a different reaction and way of handling the emotions. Mine was alcohol but finally got sober (34 years) and got some intense anger workshop therapy which freed me of anger. I will probably always have some self esteem issues but I'm sure able to function better now.

I think IF Casey accidentally killed daughter with choloform or something that her entire persona afterwards and in jail was to keep up an appearance that nothing was wrong and she would be devastated when Caylee was "found." I think the tape was to make it appear she was kidnapped. Possible that the people whose numbers she had on her other cell phone were not the type you want to mess with. If so they may be the ones responsible and she cannot tell. Oh I know, far fetched but possible.......

Casey was so insistent on getting her boyfriend's phone number and I believe Cindy finally gave it to her. Did he blank out her computer at her request? I doubt it but it's just a thought.

I read on another site that casey, caylee and her father was the only ones home the day little caylee died. The father came and asked casey where were caylee? They began to look for her and could not find her in the house. The father goes to look outside then looks in the pool, sees li caylee and starts to holla! Casey comes out and see whats going on, then she also begins to scream and holla. As this is going on, casey's father starts calling her a unfit mother and told her that mother will never forgive her. I wonder was li caylee hanging out with grandpa and grandpa went outside and was doing something to or was getting something out of the pool. He hooked the letter to the pool and either cleaned something out of the pool or had to go and get something he needed to assist himself. Either li caylee went out there with him or he left the door open and she wondered out herself. I think he forgot she was out there or did not realize that she was out there. Once he came back to the pool, the baby was in the pool and was already deceased. Because he was the one who took li caylee outside or left the door open, he panniked and went to ask casey about the childs whereabouts. It was his intention make casey feel that she was in fault. This is what may have caused casey to go berserk with the lies. Her father has helped her with some of these lies. The father did not have to be at work until 3, the mother moved the ladder when she got home. Casey would have needed some help to clean and put everything back in place the way her mom left it. Casey said herself that she and father had a broken relationship until they took her to jail. That girls head is all messed up! All this lying and partying is to keep reality out of her head. It seems to me that the father nor the brother likes her lawyer, because he has gotten too close to the truth. I really don't think the mother knows, but she feels something isn't right. The dad is also manipulating his son. Why else would he act like he do towards her lawyer. Somethings not right about casey's father. Well just another speculation

To further: How many parents have a toddler living with them as well as the childs parent. How many times has that toddler left there parent room to come see/be with grandma or papa. Some of them will get up and walk around the house and nobody's up. They will do this while their parent is still asleep. This does not make you an unfit mother.

Do we know what Caylee referred to Cindy as? I heard George mention CeCe but listen closely to the "You are my sunshine" video. It sounds like Caylee is singing "Please don't take Nan's sunshine away". If Casey is guilty – the motive could have been her wanting freedom to party in addition to the hate she appears to have for her mother.

It's a tangled web, but the truth is in there somehow! In the extensive case documents and video evidence, there was a poster about chlorophorm at the club they all frequented, and the boyfriend-at-the-time, on testimony, dismissed it as "I thought it was funny." I think there could be something to the "drug use" idea of chlorophorm. I also think, because on the jailhouse videotapes, casey demanded her boyfriend, tony's phone number, the first person she wanted to call, is that he is in someway implicated and knows what really happened. Then, it could have been an accidental death, if drugs were involved; but what about the syringe found at the scene of the remains? And the leaves under the car? Why wouldn't george, a former detective, know enough, at the towing place, to call police after he smelled the odor? We haven't yet heard from the forensic experts on the condition of the body. Casey was under stress having to leave her parents' home, with caylee? Also, the defense should present a pschologist's report on her state of mind, when first arrested and now. All those non existent people. Lies are common in personality disorders. I think she was abused; suffered from PTDD and DID, and the alters, or other personalities manifested outside in her imaginary world to protect her in her time of high anxiety.

To answer about the blanket I inquired previously about. When Caylee was found she was wrapped in a Winnie the Pooh blanket that had matched her room. The question I was asking was if the Amscot employee saw the blanket in the car before the car was towed away, how was it not in the car when it reached the Anthony Home? Did Casey come back to the car when the store was closed. The employee said she did not work the Sunday and had the car towed Monday. Some how that blanket got out of the car. If there was really one in there . The employee did not testify to seeing a car seat or doll. Did I miss something some where or is this strange? Mother is a nurse and probably had chloraform at home. She taped the mouth probably after death I am a nurse and when someone dies in the hospital we tie their extremities which are flaccid and thier mouth to prevent leakage of fluids from the mouth. She oversedated to put her to sleep like some people give their kids benadryl.

Back years ago when the case was first on Nancy Grace it was reported that phone records showed that there was one day in which Casey tried numerous times to call her mom and dad and brother but never got through. I suspect something had happened that day. I would love to find out the date of those calls in the time line.

The point that everyone keeps missing or they aren’t aware of is that here in the state of Florida it is against the law for parents (or anyone taking care of a child) to leave a child in a car unattended. If caught at leaving a child alone in a car, that child can be taken away from the parents. I believe there is also a penalty for the adult such as a jail sentence or fine.

So I think that Casey Anthony was drugging Caylee and putting her in the truck of the car to keep her out of sight and keep her quiet so she could go out and party at night.

Casey Anthony maybe placed the duct tape over Caylee’s mouth to keep her quiet if she woke up. And Casey put the duct tape on Caylee in a hurry and didn’t notice that she had put it over her nose, as well as her mouth. Then when Casey returned to the car, she found Caylee dead.

This trial is a fashion show for this woman... Different clothing and color shirts. Showing off her hair. There are no 'painful reactions' when so many witnesses talk about that beautiful child, there is no emotions, no tears at the time that they show her daughter's pictures. What was the reason for her to have killed this little one? Is there any existing one? I can not believe for her to have done it only to keep her quite! I think that besides Caylee she has destroyed Cindy. You can see her suffering every day. What does her father abuse of her for 'so many years' has to do with what she did to Caylee? I think the items with barcodes in the trash can provide a timeline of Casey's or, if the parents are lying, participation in concealing the murder. Everything Casey says has a half truth and half lied. Each lie needs 1/2 of a truth and 1/2 a lie. That is the basis of a lie. Why was that trash in the trunk, if she was staying with her boyfriend? Is it possible Casey put the trash in the trunk to justify the death smell in the trunk? Or did Casey finally confess to George the baby was dead and George put the trash in the car? George is involved in some way. I believe his involvement is in covering up the crime and not covering up an accident. Was the trash purchased at the parents grocery store? Was the trash purchased by Casey, and if so, when and where?

There was some discussion about whether Casey is on medication and I recall hearing on tv that she definitely is not. That said, I am appalled at how intently she is watching the crime scene photos which will show pictures of her daughter's skull and what is left of her body. I would never want to see pictures of my own children in that condition. She is in a class by herself when it comes to criminals.

As a young mother I can "somewhat" relate to this case. I feel that when she met her boyfriend she forgot she had a daughter. I did the same thing and lied as much as possible to my Mom to make sure I could have "the party lifestyle". I feel she was trying to impress her boyfriend, she did anything and everything to make sure he "liked" her. It didn't take long for me to snap out of that stage and I am never away from my children and straightened my life out but Casey however is a cold-blooded person! If I was on trial, watching my child's remains I would break down...a little weeping here and there shows her insensitivity. Okay, Casey did not cry or mourn for her daughter the day her daughter supposedly drowned in the pool. She was at Blockbuster a few hours after the supposed drowning. Why in the world would we believe that she is crying for Caylee upon hearing about Cylee's remains? Casey is a master manipulator. I do not read anything into what she does in the courtroom. She is very aware that the jury is watching her and she will do whatever she can to get them to feel she is the victim. This day was suppose to be about Cayle. Casy stole that from her. I think that the tears and illness may be connected to the realization that the truth is coming out and the jury is taking it all in. Why would duct tape be on a drowning victim? I think that the Anthony family was made aware by the defense of the outrageous accusations that were going to be made in an effort to develop doubt in the mind of at least one juror (that is all it takes) and save Casey's life. I object to the full view of Casey Anthony's pretense of empathy or regret, while crime scene photos are shown. I would rather watch ANYTHING else (including the crime scene photos.). As a retired police detective sergeant, 27 years) with a Master's degree in criminal behavior, I would much rather observe court reactions of persons with sincere empathy for the victim.

They bought that car and it was in their name not hers..Casey was having a meal ticket (Cacy) .They loved that little girl and got her everything...Casey lied about the father of Cacy (died in car crash) she had sex with so many guys she didn't know herself...Her father and brother didn't do anything to her,she made that up when she hear of someone in the jail said that it happen to them, so her mind took that over for another story.She killed that child when she got mad at Cindy left the house and left her trunk be the babysitter with choroform . She put her in the spot where she played has a child and even buried pets there.She probably took her home in a bag the white laundry bag and sit her down on the ground to dig ,but to hard to mover the playhouse and was scared that someone would come home, so she left and dumped her body after it got dark..Then she left the car ....I hope the jury will beable to see the big picture...

I believe that Casey put Caylee's body in the trunk of her car after she killed her. (Out of sight, out of mind.) As the summer grew hotter, the smell did as well. She approached the car one day and could smell the odor of decomp from outside the car and inside the car the odor was overwhelming . She drove the short distance to where Caylee's body was found and dumped her so she could continue to use her car. I think she thought the smell would dissipate. When it didn't she parked her car and walked away from it.

No one has commented on the fact that Casey continually shook her head during her defense attorney's opening statement as he spoke of the sexual abuse by her father. In my opinion, that was subconscious body language clearly stating that those statements were FALSE. When I observed her head shaking, I knew immediately that what he was saying was untrue.

I am very emotional myself about seeing the photos of little Caylee–obviously more emotional than Casey. I saw Casey dabbing a kleenex at her nose but never saw any tears. Boy she is a good actress. How could you stay and listen to the graphic details of how your child died? This child is not even mine and I am having alot of difficulty listening. Lethal injection is too good for this monster. Her mother and father couldnt even stay and listen.

I have been watching the trial everyday, and when they showed pictures of the remails Casey Anthony got ill...what I want to know is why wasn't she crying and ill for the thirty one day that she didn't know where her daughter was. I think she is crying because she is guilty and relizes she been caught. Can't lye your way out of this one.

It looks like Casey is taking cues from her attorney to her left. As soon as she leans over Anthony start her crying act. With the prosecution going through crime scene photos, Casey probably wishes she were back at Fusion dancing and having fun, while her little daughter was rotting just down the street from her parents.

I was so depressed just hearing the description of poor little Caylee's body....

Cadavar Dog; There is obvious proof that cadavar dog have been inconstant at times!Would U have cadavar dogs determine ur faith if u were in the same shoes! My comment is more of a question as well. I have been watching the Casey Anthony case from the start and the #1 thing I am wondering other than if she is Guilty or not is do you think she has people from her extended defense team watching the tv coverage just like us and reporting back to the Defense? The reason I say this is when the correspondents were talking about how "Stowick she looked" and how that might look bad in front of the jury, she came back then patting her eyes with tissues. Then a few days later someone commented about how they didn't believe the tears were "Real" and when court goes back into session she stops. It's like the Defense Attorneys are watching the television commentary live on their laptops or they have someone watching it for them . Just something to think about! Things that make you go huummmm.

Casey Anthony should have moved to Hollywood to become an actress. She certainly would have been a better actress than the pathetic mother she turned out to be.

In my opinion, Casey Anthony used chloroform to knock Caylee and put the duct tape on her, put her in a garbage bag in the back of her car while she went and partied (for who knows how long....maybe days or weeks). When she came back Caylee was dead and the car smelled so bad that she put a bunch of garbage in the car to blame the smell on that and then took Caylee and dumped her and left the car. She is a narcissistic sociopath and cares only for herself and didn't deserve that precious little girl. When she got "sick" yesterday during the trial, she probably was sick thinking about all of the mounting evidence that they are gathering against her and envisioning being put to death for this crime that is so obious that she commited. I hope they give her the death penalty, because she doesn't derseve to live and I hope she burns in HELL.

I have alot of questions about the casey Anthony case but I';; just say one . If there was duct tape on Caley 's mouth then there should be DNA on it because ducyt tape will pull anythin up such as" skin" and skin is always shedding it's layers so can't they do a Dna on the tape of the skin that was left behind on the tape to find out how long the tape was on?

I noticed today during Caseys trial that she was all smiles talking to her lawyers when the jury was not present but turned the water works on when they came back in. Hummm – one twisted girl. Guilty.

I think Casey is guilty. If she did not kill her child then why did it take her 31 days to report her missing? If it was an accident she would have called 9-11, therefore she must have killed Caylee and was able to live her life fine while her daughter was missing. I can even keep up with the amount of lies this women produces. I think it is disgusting how she threw her whole family under the bus when they were all by her side for so long. If her father raped her that doesn't mean she would kill her kid. Why are we only hearing about the rape eligations now that she is fighting for her life? There are plenty of women who are raped and don't hurt their children they protect them, if he did rape her why did she leave Caylee with him? A couple of thoughts: 1) I think when Casey needed a sitter and didn't have one, she would knock out Caylee with Zanax or chloroform and put her in the truck with her mouth taped. This was so no one would see a child in the car alone and call the cops, OR she possibly could have gotten out herself; and the tape was so no one would hear her crying/screaming. 2) If Roy Cronk did this to collect the money, then tell me how did he know this skeleton was Caylee in the first place. I don't blame him for asking for the reward, cause if he didn't I'm sure no one else would have remembered to give it to him. 3) Why would George possibly be involved knowing that he too could be included in a cover-up, and make the deicision that he's going to spend every last dime he has (and probably a lot of debt) to do this. Plus, I cannot see him throwing away his granddaughter away like garbage in a trash bag!
4) If it was an accident, I certainly wouldn't spend 3 years of my life in jail rotting away...REALLY!!! I hope she does take the stand so I can shake my head at her next set of lies...

Dr. G. is absolutely right, no child should have duct tape placed over their mouth for any reason. Anyone knows that there is the possibility of a child dying if you place something over their mouth and nose, or give them a drug of any kind when it isn't medically necessary, which means this was murder. I don't know why Casey killed Caylee, but she did! Don't forget, these jurors have to find her guilty beyond a REASONABLE doubt. The Mystery of where "Zanny the Nanny" came from is from Casey's mind. To figure it out , one has to remember how she bragged about her clever lies. She seems so proud of what a good liar she is. Common street language for the medication XANAX is-: "Zanny ". There for "Zanny the Nanny" is quite clever. I am sure she was quite proud of that one!

If the last time that duct tape was used was on the gas can (and no other duct tape of that brand was found in the Anthony home) then is it possible that Casey took that tape with her when she planned Caylee's murder?

I noticed that Casey was acting disraught and crying and couldn't look at the monitor when the super imposed picture and skull were being done. But as soon as the jury was outside and judge was deciding to allow the cd to be played- she sat there and watched the cd and never flinched once – but as soon as the jury returned and they said they would allow it to be played for jury she started the sobbing and couldn't look again???? not everyone saw this but it clinched it for sure when she did that!!!

I was soo convinced that Casey had planned and murder poor Caylee until today. I watched as they broke down the events with the men she was with. I think she got the idea of chlororform from her BF that posted it on his My Space page. I believe she was using it to put Caylee to sleep and would place her in the truck. The trunk of her car was ZANNY. That's why no one ever saw Zanny and they didn't see Caylee when she was with Zanny either, while her mom was supposedly at work. She was lying about going to work that day cause she had a date and she knew she would be using the chloroform and putting Caylee to sleep in the trunk so she told her she was going to see Zanny. The day she was at blockbuster on June 16th with one of her BF's I think Caylee was in the truck sleeping off the Chloroform. She stayed the night and he wanted to sleep in so he didn't go to school the next day. That's where the problem came in. She left her in the truck in the hot sun sleeping off the drugs that she had given her and she died. This is why she went to the neighbors house on June 17th and asked him for a shovel because she found her baby dead in the trunk. She first buried her in the backyard where the dogs hit. On June 23rd she broke in her fathers garage and stole the duck tape, the plastic bag, the laundry bag and the gas cans. She left her in the car overnight because she wasnt sure where to bury her, thats why on June 24th she wouldnt let her dad in the trunk. By then she was already dead for 6 days. She let that baby sit in her car until June 27th in which she buried her and left the car in that parking lot until it was towed on June 30th. She used the duct tape to make it look like a kidnapping in the event someone found her. She's such a liar and she thinks quick. She felt free because the pressure of having to leave the party's early and having to deal with Caylee was off and she was finally able to be free and she just lived it up. The death was an accident but the fact she doesn't care is just cold and callous. In her heart she was tired of being a mother and this unfortunate incident made it easy for to not have to be.

I just love the comments of the "FORMER" defense attorney. The blonde bombshell who knows it all. She about jumped through my TV screen when explaining why she felt the pic of Casey and Caley with the tape over her mouth should not have been shown in evidence. Why not!! If she is so passionate about this case......why didn't she stay on the team? With her aggression I am sure she could open some eyes. Not mine however, I think these attorneys who are on tv think that everyone on the jury is a rocket scientist or else have extreme legal minds. My take...Casey Anthony was the spoiled youngest child of the Anthony family, but when Casey's daughter was born, little Caylee began to replace Casey in her parents affections....or so it seemed to Casey. After a big fight with her Mom over childcare, Casey killed Caylee out of sheer spite...remember, "I'm a spiteful bitch?" But she did it not only out of jealousy, but because she wanted the same the freedom to run and play without responsibility as always.

This could have easily been a case of a child dying in a hot car in the Florida heat and the young, troubled Mother wanted to cover it up. If she did leave the body in the trunk she obviously did not want to part with it immediately or she would have and whoever could have wanted to put tape over her little mouth and nose because they could not stand to think of the bugs getting in there. Stranger things have happened. I just have to really wait and see, but I feel like she may not have really wanted to murder this child. I recall a homicide trial where a 10 yr old child was accidently killed by a pedophile who used chloroform to sedate the child while they took pictures of his little body. The victim frequently spent the night at the perp's home as did other children, and the mother of the victim was not aware there was a problem UNTIL her 10 yr old failed to return home on time after a sleep over. It was a sad and tragic story. After listening to Wendy Murphy comment today that there was discovery indicating Casey may have been taking Caylee somewhere late at night for what she (Wendy) surmised was nefarious reasons – the thought popped in my head: "Did Casey subject her little girl to something nefarious enough to subsidize her spending without a bonafide job?" I have been wondering what Casey lived on since she couldn't ask for money from her parents that thought she had a job.... I hope for the sake of little Casey my imagination is on overdrive.

Today more than ever, Casey Anthony appears to be extremely sedated to me. I see her struggling to keep her eyelids from closing. If this is true, I question the motives of the defense to aid her from showing reactions to evidence during the trial. If she is medicated, is this fair to the jury and the prosecutors? It is my opinion that because of her fake tear-shedding and shaking her head, her attorneys will not put her on the stand. She would not win an Academy Award for lying to the jury as she has to everyone in her life who has cared about her.

Based on the cross from Def atty to Criminal investigator. He mentioned old letters in the box and one picture was shown with a heart shape sticker. It makes me curious to know who this and the other letters were from and whether the other letters also had stickers placed on them. I had heard from the news that one of her friends indicated they used heart shape stickers when they were younger and maybe the letters are from people she is no longer associated with and this is her way of telling them good bye

Anyone who has used stickers of any kind knows that they warp a little when they are exposed to humidity. The sticker may have been a flat sticker that is warped.

OK – clearly Casey Anthony is not Mother of the Year – but really....has the state actually proven beyond a reasonable doubt, that she planned to murder little Caylee??? Yes, Casey is responsible for her death...this I truly believe.....but I don't believe that she planned this.....I think she acted selfishly, VERY neglectful and drugged that baby, so she could stay out at night. But why bring her father into this??? Is biaz that arrogant that he can get her off all charges by going this route? I think she would have faired much better to be honest about what happenned (yes I said honest!), and just say that she panicked and was scared so she hid Caylee. I hear the judge constantly tell the Jury to not discuss the case yet they are asking to see another piece of evidence regarding the heart shaped sticker. Doesn't this request indicate that the Jury IS discussing the case even though the Judge has cautioned them against any discussions.

Wendy R. – YES....I noticed the same thing. I have a feeling that many people noticed this. It was obvious that she was acting for the jury. Her original response to that video (when she is staring at it, angrily) was her REAL response......I feel she's angry because she wants control over knowing what really happenned to little Caylee......and this video gives us a glimpse of the truth. Im not saying she purposely killed Caylee.....I dont think that was her intention.....but I do feel that she acted so recklessly, and selfishly and didnt care enough about her daughters well being, to actually drug her to make her sleep.......and for this she needs to be punished. If Casey is convicted and it goes to appeal, there should be only ONE good reason for it. That is ineffectiveness of Council. Jose is just TOO green to be handling a case like this. From his absolutely unbelievable opening statements to his cross examinations, this man is really not ready for Prime Time. His theory of this crime really does not hold water. No one had access to that car until it was found and towed but Casey. That smell of death was there as testified to by too many and George was no where near that car until he picked it up at the tow yard. According to George's ex-wife, he is a Good Man. Casey on the other hand is not all there and a very self-centered woman. That poor child was cramping her style and had to go. She didn't want her mother Cindy to have her, because Caylee would probably be a better child than Casey had ever been, so there was only one solution.

I was watching some testimony by Cindy Anthony today. They were discussing the duct tape. In the deposition, I thought it was mentiond the tape was black, yet the duct tape on the gas can looks like silver. Any comments or corrections, please?

I have lost 2 babies, first baby at birth and second baby after seventeen days.. For atleast the first six months I had nothing to smile about and here Casey was out doing contest and having a good time... Some people DO no deserve children!!!!

I have been following the trial. What she has done to her parents alone is unexceptable. In the end only our higher power will give her the punishment she deserves.

Do you think that Bias really helped his client today on cross with the Criminal Investigator. When he questioned her about the letters/stationary in Casey room with the heart shape stickers. His questioning about the stickers basically showed that Casey used them and they were not Calley's. In fact used a picture of a letter she received where a sticker was placed after receiving in the mail. To me he just placed the stickers in Casey's hands.

If Caylee did drowned in the pool WHY would you wrap duct tape around her head???? WHY ???? That makes NO sense but Casey makes NO sense in ANYTHING she does. At times I believe she is guilty? But then again the dots doesn't connect? The prosecution does not directly connect Casey to the murder. I'm really sad about this event. I wanted to ask, does the lawyers see what the news reporters discuss? I feel like the media paint her as a psychopath killer. I don't believe she deserves the death penalty because Ive seen many cold cases and they have killer habits and kill several victims. HURRAY for Judge Perry. Looking at the defense while Judge Perry was ruling about the aquittal, the defense was not very happy. Casey acted like she was just there for a traffic violation. Go figure. ill be suprised to see what they will have up their sleeves tomorrow.

The car seat and Caylee's favorite doll were in the Sunfire in July when George retrieved it via a notice from the tow company. Why would over a 31 day period this sweet baby's seat and "favorite doll" be in this car all this time. As a parent, grandparent, and/or NANNY I'm certain knows, a 2 year old that has a favorite doll, toy, blanket anything they are attached to would be sent or given to them, especially when being cared for for any length of time.
How did the NANNY travel with Caylee, (Casey said she was at the beach for the weekend, was with NANNY at park (just one of the places she took Caylee, (how did she take her in a vehicle with her car seat??????????

I think Caylee's death was accidental. I believe Casey used cholorform to put Caylee to sleep so she could party and at one point, used too much cholorform for Caylee's small body.

At this late point, would it benefit Casey to stop the lying, lying & lying and just (what a concept) tell the truth.

Someone brought up the car being left at Amscot financial place. I agree that is very significant, when the time line shows she was with the x-fiance at that time June 27 – 28th – going to the beach?...and it appears to be the time frame the child went missing from the vehicle. In his statement to police in September, he hands over all kinds of scenarios of how it could be accidental, including to go as far as to say if it was, she would have put the child near the play house. He is also the only one to state she was alive in the background of conversation with Casey on the 24th?? Regardless of changing his story on that one, he was certain in his statement to police (worth listening to the audio) His resigning from police force and yet taking all kinds of detailed notes of times , places , conversations etc in relation to Casey and then recalling it in such detail , months later during interview. in addition, appearing to point fingers at Tony, and come across as being jealous in ways over time. His father says he was devastated when he discovered he was not the father? It is shocking he is not testifying. Would have have hampered both sides theory if he did? However , I read something in regards to the defense wanting his phone records up until 2009 , but he refused through his Atty.? This man was a significant person in the picture at the time and just astounding that he is not part of this trial!

I'm convinced that Casey is guilty of neglect not abuse caused by her mother throwing her out of the house. Caylee most likely died from the Florida heat while Casey left her unattended. After Casey realizing she was dead, went to her father and the rest is history. I believe the father knew the caller that phoned in 3 times to report the location, possibly that she was found and orchstrated the cover up. As far as other's comments that the Grandmother is so sad "I don't see it"! I believe both Casey's mother and father are involved somehow or at least know the truth. I also believe the molestation is real and Casey's mother feels guilt not sorrow.

If I were on the jury and had to listen to someone like the female FBI DNA expert testify, I would be pulling my hair out. The woman CAN NOT answer a question that requires only a "Yes or No" answer. She is always asking to go back so she can explain how smart she is and how much she knows about DNA. Sorry, but I think she should have been left in the lab.....

looks like you have all made up your mind now ,imthink you should wait till the end. a dr. said that they could have done a test to check for pool water in her system . how come that was never done? they were told about the pool ladder early on. and the FBI lab has screwed up twice so far.

I think that Baez asking about the paternty test works well for the state. The jury heard in opening augments that there was sexual abuse, now the FBI confirms that neither George or Lee are the father, the jury is thinking, OK, the FBI looked into it and there is nothing there!!!!

I believe Casey murdered Caylee. She accidently gave her too much chloroform to put her to sleep, put duct tape on her to keep her from yelling and screaming if she woke up in th trunk and found her dead after a night, possibly day after of partying. She left her in the car for a few days, decided to bury her in the back yard, decided it was too risky and tossed her out in the woods, hoping she would never be found with the rain, etc.

The WORST evidence against her is she never, ever told anyone in 31 days what happened to her daughter and with the Zanny story, she is guilty because she kept playing along with her stories and lies.

Wonder where Casey went every day when she was supposedly working? Didn't her friends think it was weird that she was available all the time? You would think she would have spent time with someone reguarly. I wonder if it was mostly evenings and Caylee stayed with her grandparents? Or it could be motive for murder - if she chloroformed Caylee every time she "went to work," Caylee was getting older and able to communicate more, and maybe that is why she killed her.

I think it was a women that carried that baby to her "buriel" site. I think her Mother killed her with the duct tape in her bedroom, then put her into the trunk, drove around for however long and then she carried her to her open and exposed grave, if a man carried that heavy body, he would have probably carried her furthur into the woods and would have probably dug a shallow grave. Casey Anthony told her boyfriend Tony that Caylee drowned after she had given her too much chloroform to help her sleep, that Caylee had gotten out of bed and went to the pool or something like that. I think Tony said I will help you clean out your trunk but that is it. That if she ever used his name he would tell what she had told him.. Why was Casey so eager to talk to Tony after she was arrested. Why did he have nothing to do with her from that point?. I think that she is using her father to be the scapegoat. She is infatuated w/Tony. I think Casey accidentally killed her child and started lying to cover it up, it got out of hand and from then on she could only tell lie after lie. I don't beleive Baez has a clue. The prosecution may, or not.

Today, during cross examination of the bug expert, it became clear to me that the prosecution lawyer is A BULLY!! When Baez cross examined he was respectful of the witnessess. Not the prosecution........!!!!! I don't think the jury will like this bully type cross examining.

If Casey was telling her parents she was working all that time, where was she really getting money? Or, if she didn't have money, wouldn't they have noticed? I know she was stealing from her Mom and friends, but I think you would notice if a family member living in your house didn't have steady paychecks when they were supposed to have a good job.

Why in the hell doesn't the prosecution move to accept this guy as an expert witness and get on with the testimony before Casey Anthony dies from old age.

Regarding the ante- or post-mortem placement of duct tape: though duct tape is a common, household item, the findings by Dr. Spitz (tape attached to hair) could suggest that the meter man was somehow involved i, at the least, the transport of the 3-yr-old. Has any investigation of the meter man's items (such as duct tape) present in his vehicle, etc. been undertaken (i assume this has been done?)

The defense looked stupid today. Spitz sounded like an IDIOT. My husband is a biologist and seem more intelligent. I thought the prosecuter mopped the floor with this guy. He could not keep anything straight he contradict himself the whole time and made up as many excuses as casey.

That witness he had today was AWFUL I can't believe the Judge didn't ask him to stop and step down. It was to much and he came to the same conclusion as Dr. G who did an AWESOME job on the stand. I think Casei is dying to get on that stand because she thinks she can cconvince the jury. She might just do that too. I pray the truth will come out!!! Ashton seems to flounder and tries to discredit information from the defense experts. How many cases has he prosecuted? He seems to lose it and acts very unprofessional at times. The day they showed the remains in the garbage dump where she tossed Caylee – when the jury was out and the defence were reviewing the photographs, Casey could not take her eyes away from the screen. No emotion at all. When the jury was in, and they showed the same pictures again, she started her act again, pretending to be upset. How many more people is she going to throw under the bus or ruin. She started with little Caylee, an innocent child she did not want as Caylee cramped her style. Then she threw George and Lee Anthony under the bus with her accusations. Then she ruined the life and reputation of Zenaida Gonzalez. Now she is ruining the life of Vasco Thompson, the ex-con. Yes, he is a convicted criminal and did his time. I think Baez and his team are trying everything they can to get the judge to declare a mistrial. Some members of the "expert panel" wanted to make a big deal of Dr. Spitz saying Casey when he meant to say Caylee. This has happened many times during the trial and nothing was mentioned about it. One of the most compelling things that I have seen during this trial is Casey Anthony's demeanor in the court room. She has two faces for this trial. One for the times that the jury is in the room and a completely different one when they are not. I don't know if the prosecution would be allowed to show this during their summation at the end of the trial, but side by side videos (one showing zero emotion, zero remorse the occasional fake tear and the other showing her laughing it up with her lawyers) would be a slam dunk for the State

Ashton's attempt to belittle every defense witness is going to be his downfall. His continuous objections is an indication that he is afraid to let justice prevail. That's a hell of a stradegy for someone that's suppose to have a strong case.

The only evidence needed to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Casey Anthony murdered her daughter is that she did not report her missing for 31 days then lied about who she was with-Zanny the Nanny. That alone should prove her guilt.

I am aghast at the legal system. I will never serve as juror again. It sure seems the judge is very biased. The prosecutor can ask all the questions he wants and the judge will turn down any objections from defense. The prosecutor can even make ! faces and shake his head which I find to be very unprofessional. I find it incredible that a witness has to do a report. So much for discovery and fact finding in trial. These scientists should NOT have to do menial reports and also tetify how redundant. It also gives more ammunition for prosecutors and biased judges to run the how. BTW I feel strongly that IF Casey did murder her daughter she should get the death penalty. In my opinion this was clearly an accident, Casey was still sleeping as young people do like to sleep late and George Anthony was at home, Caylee remembering how she loves to swim in the pool slipped out to the pool and finding the ladder in place climbed up and got into the pool. Casey wakes up and realizing that Caylee was not in bed began to call to her when she did not get an answer she went into the kitchen and asked her father, George if he has seen Casey, they both immediately ran outside, George found her little body in the pool. Casey lost it could not be consoled, after George calmed down after screaming at Casey, he told her to let him handle everything. He told her to leave and just go on with her life. He would handle everything. Casey took off and began a month of sociopathic behavior.
Her mental state hit rock bottom and she became another person living a glamourous life where she would not have to remember the life she had with beautiflul little Caylee that was snatched from her.
Her father is holding back, something is missing.! What??
Another scenario is Casey left Caylee in the car forgetting her, and when whe found her she was dead. She panicked and we can only surmise what happened after that.
Casey's clothes are brought to her by her defense team for the day. She is coached on how to act in court, to remain with a blank face as much as possible, not to give in to emotions that may sway the juror one way or another.
I believe that she should not be found guilty until all the evidence is in then if the juror find her guilty then I will accept it along with thousands of people but until then I will wait and wonder. It would be such a waste to put to death a beautiful young woman if she is really innocent, and suffers a severe mental illness.

After watching this trial go on for weeks. I believe that Casey wanted to go party with her friends, because she missed out on that kind of a life because she got pregnant. So she came up with the idea to chloroform her daughter. I believe she knocked out her daughter with the chloroform and she may have placed the duck tape over the cloth she used with the chloroform to keep Caylee under for hours so she could stay out longer and party, not thinking that this would kill Caylee. I believe that when she returned home she found that Caylee had died from not being able to breath fresh air. She realized that if she was to call 911 she would be going to jail, so she had to invent a story to try and cover up her actions. Its a good thing that I am not on that jury, because I find her guilty already.

Didn't her ex-boyfriend testify that Casey, Caylee and he were sleeping, then Casey left with Caylee, then came back without her? Did I hear this correctly? Also... IF Caylee drowned, we presume this was at night? Why did she have day clothing on?

They keep questioning investigators about searchs done of the Anthony home. Her mother says that her daughter and grandaughter did not live in the home for 6 months prior to the child's disappearance. Why is there no mention of where she was living and of searchs done at that residence?

It was reported that the jury was trained on the characteristics and behavior of Casey, im curious as to what that means exactly. I am failing to see much emotion other than laughing at the experts and crying when she believes tears are necessary, Regardless, anything other than the death penalty is ludacris!

I am a counselor who actually worked with sexual abuse victims, families, and the perpetrators for over 30 years. I have published books and articles, and Casey's sexualized behavior, and disassociation with her daughter's "accidental death", can be indicative of someone who was abused. It would be a huge mistake to rule out the defenses "story" without first listening to all the testimony.
Also, I have followed this case for years, and am totally disgusted with Mr Ashton's sarcastic behavior and egocentric behavior. If Casey is found innocent because of his behavior, instead of the testimony,it will be something he will have to live with. I think he and Nancy Grace should team up. Sunny Hostin is the only professional who seems to be looking at both sides. What happened to innocent until proven guilty?

I wish everyone of you would look up Sociopathy- -you would then see Casey Anthony exactly. Sociopaths are born that way – not made!

It seems that everyone has a theory and opinion on this case and most are against Miss Anthony. Some people have already found her guilty and would execute her today if they could. The actions of Miss Anthony seem bizarre to say the least. It makes me wonder about the way she was raised, people are usually the product of their upbringing. She had to learn some of these things from her parents.

I don't think that the whole story has been told. There is missing time that no one has accounted for. From the day of the 16th of June, 2008, until the Caylee's remains were found. We need to know where the body was. I don't think the trunk of the car for 3 days, then dispose of in the woods. That makes no sense. Of course a lot of things about this case makes no sense to me. There are so many unanswered questions. We may never find out the truth.

Jim, yes I do believe that what happens when you grow up can shape who you are. But EVERYONE has free will. The path that anyone chooses is eventually that persons. She obviously spent hours with friends, and according to teacher, psycologists, and etc, friends and peers have more to affect a person than a parent ever could. Ask the parents of a teenager who has committed suicide. I believe that any person, at any given time, is capable of anything. Including, being responsible, knowing who the father of your child is, and being selfish. She is an adult, Caylee will never have the chance. 911 is but a phone call away. I have 3 children, 9 grandchildren, and they are far from perfect, but if one of my children murdered someone, It wouldn't be because I put a knife in their hands at 3 years old. I pray for them all. Casey and God know the real truth. We never will. Caylee didn't ask to be born, and she sure didn't ask to be killed.

The last time Mrs. Casey was on the stand she said when they got the car back that she had to use a whole can of febreeze and still couldn't get the smell out of the car don't u think that shows some cleaning was trying to be done before she called 911

If I remember in the jailhouse video's with Casey's Mom & Dad, din't she say that Caylee wasn't that far from them? When you see where they found her remains??? HELLO!!!

i wonder why the defense brought up the bottle of gatorade that was found very close to caylee's body? it had traces of chloroform in it. i was hoping that mr. ashton would pounce pounce on that and ask the witness if it was normal to find a gatorade bottle with chloroform in it. what do you think is the defense's reason for bringing it in?

Does anyone remember way in the beginning when she said she called 'Nanny" to check on Caylee and the police wanted to check her cell phone and she said she lost the Sim card (or whatever it is called) when she transferred the card to another phone..she lies even when she doesn't have to..she is mentally ill..was she ever examined for that..she is enjoying all these 'experts' being called in to testify..it keeps her in the limelight even tho it is a negative light..can't imagine anyone really liking her..she was a cameleon (?) changing for the situation at hand..I hope she burns in damn HELL..

I would like to know what Casey Anthony was like as a child or teenager. I have never heard anything said about her childhood. I am wondering whether she's always lied, whether she was diagnosed with any mental illness.

I have watched the trial all day, every day, and want to know why no one brings up the fact that Casey smiles, giggles, winks etc. way more than she pretends to cry!!!

the reason the lab techs found testosterone in the syringe is because she got the needle from a person that used it to shoot up anabolic steroids and the left over test was left in the needle.. maybe the person that is on the steroids has something to do with it who gave her the needle ?

Baez was demonstrating gamemanship from the opening statements. Taking Several statements made by Casey and trying to get the whole court diverted right away, knowing they could not be proved and only cause reasonable doubt. Stating to the court these dishonest statements made and how they were linked with the cover up of her daughters death.. That did in my opinion damged her credibility even more if that is possible. With Baez useing this as a trump card ,but being used very poorly and at the wrong time. I recognized this play at 1st and I am suprised Judge Perry didnt speak up sooner. Casey is a pathological liar and when this case runs its course, if I were Baez I would not put her on the stand. Out of desperation would she introduce a new confabulation? Maybe Baez can see she wouldnt be able to take the pressure. The way the case appears to be going one of the attorneys if not both will probably be reviewed by F.-bar once the case is over. And it wouldnt suprise me to see Casey wind up with life in prison. With the attorneys, their witnesses and the way their testimony is structured, I dont believe the poor jurors will be able to unanimously agree on much once the testimony and final statements are completed. She will not be aquitted that is evident.

I noticed something strange and it seems like no one has paid any attention to it – when the clips of jail conversations between the brother Lee and Casey didn't anyone notice his evasive comments to her when he stated something along the lines of what may have been said or what was originally the plan may not be the same now things may have changed and he just showed agreement. It was a conversation that struck me at the time as very suspicious me as to trying to relay info without coming straigtht out as you do in jail conversations for cover ups etc. yet noone seemed to take note of the effortand messages Lee was trying to convey I think it is worth taking note of along with the defenses accusations of cover up and in lignht of this new mistresses testimony Yes Casey is a liar but isn't it possible that George is as well and very good at it as most incestual fathers are, children react in various ways and obviously she has been spoiled and abused both I have a friend that was molested by her father and even into adulthodd continued sleeping with him because that was the only thing that really made her feel connected to her father's love it is a very difficult thing when a child is molested by her own father as there is so much contradiction between wanting his love and not wanting to be touched inappropriately obviously the child stil loves their father and craves his love so it is not unusual that she would tell her father what a wonderful dad he was but if you note at one point she did plead with him can't you just be a father for once rather than a police officer there is the problem in their relationship she wanted a father's love not a policeman for a father. As for her actions after she wanted to hide from the pain and put it out of her mind, she was in denial and didn't want to face it yet she had to live the lie according to George's guidance the mom had no idea of any of it.

Since everyone just has a theory, I will tell my theory, when the lab technician testified today about bleach being found in the air in the back of the car I didn't hear anyone say a word about chlorine, isn't chlorine a component of bleach? That would be a reason for the drowning in a swimming pool.

Another theory I have, I understand that Casey said she was molested by her father as a child. If she was I wonder if Calee was also molested and he knew the child would tell, so something had to be done. Just a theory but something to think about

Who was the father of Caylee?? This has never been mentioned. Believe I heard at one time Casey said he died. Doubt that??? There has to be a father and paternal grandparents.

I think George is the fall guy but I think he is in on the whole thing. If you remember in the jailhouse tapes he told Casey if he could he would trade places with her and would do anything! I believe this whole family is coming to her defense, because who is going to prove that he did or didn't do and what is the worst than can happen to him? If she gets off on this it's because this family has sticked together. If you remember when Jose Bias gave his opening statement and she started crying when they mentioned her dad it looked genuine but I think she was crying because of what SHE WAS GOING TO HAVE TO PUT HER DAD THROUGH not because she was recalling some bad memories! This family is coming to her defense in anyway they can, by lying, throwing the defense a bone and whatever other method they can use. All the accusations Casey's defense have made from the start ALL, comes from Casey's own storyboard she dreamed up to get back at her parents & brother for trying to get her to fess up in those jailhouse visits. She's just that spiteful, and indeed threatened to keep Caylee away from them too.
This is Casey's movie she's playing over and over in her mind, she's just a Scarlet O'Hara of the century. That's how she's able to cry at will........but you look at her eyes...those tell the real story behind that facade. That's what sociopaths do, they can charm the socks off a cobra, and slit your throat with a wink & twinkle in their eye. It's all smoke screens, because her attorney's know she's as guilty as sin.

What's going on with her lawyers they ask? They know they are going to eat this one, decades to come. All they are trying to do is try to create the one question for the jury. Is there evidence to convict Casey? Her defense are trying to create just one element of "doubt" to the jury.

Casey googled how to make chloroform and used chloroform on Caley to put her asleep while she could screw around. Caley spent many nights in the truck of Casey's Sunfire. After Cindy choked Casey on June 16, 2008, Casey killed Caylee the next day to spite Cindy. She wrapped Caylee's face in duck tape and placed a sticker on it. She bagged and thought of burying Caylee in the backyard yard before she placed her inside the car truck. She continued to screw and drive around with Caylee inside for a few days before she dumped Caylee's body near the school. She abandoned the car because it stunk so much. George must have thought Casey killed Caylee when he smelled the decomposition in the trunk. Since Casey has allowed Baez to implicate George, this case will be decided on the basis of George's testimony.

I also think the reason people are so absorbed in this case, is not only because it is a soap opera, but I think they want to watch our judicial system at work and are frustrated because it is not if a person is innocent or not, but who can manipulate a group of people and win.....

Another day of the Judge & Prosecutor side show!!! I just can't stand the arrogance of the Prosecutor in this case. This Prosecutor reminds me of the Prosecutor that handled the Duke case and we all remember the out come of that!!! In my opinion the judge in this case along with most if not all the Tru TV & HLN analyst have already found her guilty. I don't feel we should judge her under our system until all the facts are in and right now their not??? I still stand on what I said prior that in no way is she going to get a fair trial. Baez needs to move on with his defense. The overwhelming testimony has proved Caylees dead body was in the trunk of the car. He needs some good advice from some good defense attorneys.

I feel the jury will pick up on the way Ashton treats the witnesses, he is badgering them. I don't know if he is appointed or voted in the position as state prosecutor, but either way he should be held to account for his unprofessional childish behavior.

When Cindy was asked if there was a password and she did not know and the computer expert said if it hibernated she would have to enter the password. Can the computer expert check that computer to see if it was set up that way? And if so, wouldn't Cindy be lying? Also I am surprised the prosecution gave out the password!!!

What I would like to know is What happen with Linda Kenny Baden who was her lawyer in the beginning and my second question is if the defense thinks that Casey Anthony is innocent which i know she not Why they didnt hired Dr. Michael Baden to do a second opinion I know why cause Jose Baez knows that Dr. Baden will tell the truth

I have been following this case for 3 years when Nancy Grace started talking about it! .... I think that Cindy is now trying to save her daughter!!. Casey has thrown her entire family under the bus and I don't understand the change in Cindy. For the first time I don't believe Cindy!! I watched Casey cry and turn her head when they were showing the images of the scull when the jury was present, but without the jury she had no problem looking at them!! I don't believe Casey cares one bit about her parents,or her poor daughter, or anyone for that fact. she is stone cold and I pray that the jury isn't fooled by her act!! Every one knows that poor baby rode around in Casey's car for Lord knows how long while mommy partied. She has caused so much pain for so many people, and Baez is grasping at straws to save her ass!! Whats with the matronly hairstyle? we know she sure isn't!! This case is so sad! how can anyone look at that little girl and harm her? Who else would benefit except Mommy?!! The prosecutor had to bring up Cindy's medication to establish the fact that Cindy's mind is now "clear", therefore knowing what her statements are. i.e. she's now lying on the stand for Casey.... I sure any IT department head at Gentiva,,, will be able to look at Cindy's email and find that she was at work or not. I would think that the company would keep medical infomation on her computer for a number of years. We may be looking for perjury charges against Cindy in the coming days... now look out for George he may be the next surprise. The attorney statement from their attorney yesterday set this whole surprise up for today.

Now that Cindy mentioned Casey check fraud while on the stand today doesn't that open door for to bring up her record?

Pretty evident today from Cindy's testimony where Casey learned to lie so well.

During Cindy Anthony's redirect she made the comment about Casey's "check charges". Can her previous criminal charges now be brought out to the jury?

Cindy appeared to be lying on the stand. Nontheless, she didn't say she googled "how to make chloroform" and never visited "MySpace". These internet searches were twenty seconds apart.

I have been reading all the comments about an accidental killing! If it were accidental why THE DUCT TAPE?!!! in case she isn't really dead??? I don't believe it for a second!!

So Cindy testifies that she looked up chloroform in March even though her schedule at work showed differently. She then states her supervisor made a mistake because she usually takes days off in March because of the holidays.......Hmmm..... the prosecution should be checking her bank records to see what she was actually paid during the "so-called" time she took off, as if she did take vacation days this would show on her check stub as such besides all the nurse's I know usually work the holidays because of triple time. Like mother like daughter, Liar, Liar, pants on fire..... I hope that the court sees through her lies and holds her in contempt then maybe Mommy and daughter can share a jail cell. Shame, Shame on you Cindy!!

Cindy was taking notes feverishly in court during this month of testimony. Now it makes sense why. She had to have access to the evidence so she could get on the stand and lie. The Judge should make them George and Cindy leave the courtroom.

I have been interested in the casey anthony case from the beginning.
I first I thought she was guilty. After watching the trial, and hearing her mother did the search, does Cindy think we are all crazy. Right, dogs in back yard in March 2008, Was this the first time the dog has been in back.

Stain in trunk was there when they bought the car, why didn't Cindy mention this before, would have saved the citizen of Flordia a lot of money.

I thought they had checked Cindy work record and it was reported she was working.

I have so many questions. Why would Mr. Anthony find the baby in the pool and not call 911? Why would Cindy lie for Casey? Does Mr. Baez have a clue that he is pretty much boring the jury to death? Why do I feel the jury is going to find reasonable doubt, but feel deep down Casey is guilty? When is Baez going to explain to everyone why Casey/George did this horrible thing?

INTERESTING....it was mentioned that the alledged girlfriend of George fit the description of person that Casey gave Cindy about of Zanny the Nanny ~ that fell on deaf ears...might that been the secret between George and Casey – anyione else catch that?

Some of Mr. Baez's witnesses seem to be suffering from alzheimer's! If he wasn't so arrogant he would step down from lead attorney and let Mason take over. Perhaps when this is over he can defend traffic violations. He has struck me from the beginning as inept.

I think Cindy Anthony committed perjury today, with lies about the internet. she said she does not want cassie to get death penalty, so i think she will say anything to keep her off it. I hope they catch her in this. i do not want to see cassie get away with murdering her beautiful child.

have you ever had a car that had a leak in the trunk on the carpet ? Especially, if you didn't know about the leak and it soured then you have trouble. The odor is horrible, you usually have to replace the carpet (and fix the leak of course) The odor smells of decay. This could have explained the trunk odor.

I know a defendant assists in the defense of her trial, but am I the only one who thinks that Casey Anthony's actions at the defense table seems that she has lost sight of the fact that SHE is the defendant. She takes notes, seems to leaf through paperwork to provide what any one of the attorneys is looking for, she speaks (with her hand covering he mouth) to Mr. Baez or the female attorney as testimony is being given on the stand and at the end of court I notice that she puts paperwork back into folders in preparation for day's end. I also recall hearing (not testimony) that while Casey was out of jail on bail she spent a great deal of time in Baez's office, so much so that she actually answered the phones in his office. Anyway, that's my take.

why is cindy anthony (and other witnesses) being recalled? is there not an obligation for the witnesses evidence to be exhausted on one attendance? Why is there direct exam then cross exam then more direct and more cross...the rules seem very loose compared to English or Canadian legal practice?

We are watching the defense try to get to an accidental drowning on June 16th. Yet, if you go back and listen to the interview by police investigators, Casey Anthony stated several times that the last time she saw Caylee was June 9th, 2010. So did Zanny bring Caylee over to the Anthony home on June 16th and let her drown in the pool? To quote Nancy Grace, B.S.!

If the Anthony's are searching for the TRUTH, why then speak something different than was already testified too. I understand they are trying to save their daughter from the death penalty, but in my mind they are making Casey look all the more guilty!! I would think the jurors would wonder the same thing.

WHO took the pictures of Cindy helping Caylee into swimming pool? Isn't it interesting that someone would take photos of HOW to get into pool with a 2 year old? Step by step?? WHO does that? Cindy has taught Casey well......tell a lie when the truth makes sense.

I can understand why the "expert panel" is confused, they have been confused for years. Trying to keep Nancy happy and not using their own common sense. It is hard to try to say things that Nancy wants to hear and not their own thoughts, that would make you confused.

The prosecutors are not done with Cindy yet......I bet they have investigators all over her past work place checking on if she was at work. I would be very surprised if they don't recall her back to the stand.

If my dog's were sick, and I wondered if the bamboo caused it, I would search "bamboo", " poisonious to canine or dog", and call my vet....that is just common sense.

Also, I also felt sorry for Cindy.....but not now. She is lying for Casey so that Casey ' will continue to "love" her" mom, and she will have a future relationship with her daughter...plus to try and keep her from the death penalty.

Cindy has made excuses for Casey all of her life, which contributed to Casey's problems. Cindy just does not live in reality.

But if they don't charge Cindy with purgery, then the whole judicial system just proved that anyone can lie on the stand and get away with it.

And poor George.....he is an explosion waiting to happen....

I think we all agree......this family is nuts.

I thought Cindy was truthful and honest. Forget that! Now Lee is on the stand lying too. A family of liars!! WOW! Looks like Casey will get away it. She is guilty and everyone knows it. No justice for Caylee and I feel sad.

People die everyday from broken hearts. I`m sure that is what put george in the suicide frame of mind. I`m sure he felt everything was his fault,( Decent Father`s/Mother`s do. Cindy & George know now their daughter is guilty of whatever killed calee, and just can`t take another death in their family. They believe casey when she yells at them, makes them both feel guilty, & wants to please her. manipulation is caseys game! No one will ever know for sure what caylee`s last minutes were, because casey will die first! I do believe her sexual abuse came from johns, (the paying kind) that`s how she got drugs, money etc., after all she never worked!! I think that one of these Johns was caylee`s Dad. but which one? Casey doesnt know. and I think thats why her family kept her secrets! Lee knows the truth. How embarrased for her family on that front. Also, I think casey od calee ,one too many times. George. cindy & Lee are only guilty of trying to save caseys life, no matter what!!! Also casey`s attorney needs to get a life!! what a loser!! casey can keep lying, but God knows the truth.

All family's have secrets. This is nothing new. All family's are dysfunctional!!!! Don't know why that would matter in any of this trial.
I feel for everyone but Casey. She know what she did and that is that.

CASSEY FINALLY GETS THE GLITCH THAT WILL SET HER FREE!! She learned that if she started taking notes, she could pass suggestions and comments to counsel, which she has done the past two days . CONTRAST her new demeanor, talking incesantly and writing notes to counsel, more emotions as she drives her family to commit minor perjury to free her from this rap.
She has managed to guilt trip Cindy and Lee into testifying minor perjury about the google searches and stains in the car, just enough to provide reasonable doubt....WATCH THE BLACK WIDOW...she is like Steven Spielberg released on the set and is controlling everyone now, mostly BOZO!! PLEASE HELP ME GET THIS WORD OUT, maybe the jurors can connect the dots. The prosecution has no chance against this crafted witchcraft that Casey is soooo familiar with.

Finally, Casey is going to cry.....not about her child, but because her brother is upset that he wasn't involved with Cayee's birth. WOW, talk about a couple of spoiled brats!!!!! Maybe her parents should have taught her to love her child and to think about something other than herself. She took her childs life and she should pay.

The bountyhunter stated in the beggining that Cindy Anthony ruled the family, After seeing Cindy's testimony for the defense on yesterday, I totally believe every word that the bountyhunter stated about the family. Cindy is a liar just as Casey. Casey probally developed her pathological lying from Cindy. Why not just tell the truth? Cindy should be praying for Casey that God will forgive her, not lying for Casey. Cindy's change in testimony only makes Casey look more guilty.

I fell that both sides are spending too much time with senseless things in this trial, The Anthonys family are like all other families they have sleytons in their closet also, I feel that Casey Anthony told the story when she didn't turn a missing child report from the begining. . Being that George Anthony use to be on the police force if it had been an accident , he would have known to turn an accident in.

My question is, if in fact the child drown and knowing the admiiration that George and Cindy had for her why would they not report it and bury her in a normal manner rather then as they indicate the George assisted Casey with disposing of the body. This makes no sense to me. An accident is just what it says. I truly believe in my heart that Casey who was a party girl accidently caused her death by sedating her so she could go party..... Thats my views folks!!!

I feel sorry for cindy anthony,but she now speaks with a forked tongue. the first impulse when you pet is sick is to go the veterinarian-not a computer.hertestimony yesterday was not credible-but INCREDIBLE. Since when are witnesses under medication now credible?Suddenly

All this show's is the hurt Lee has felt for year's because Cindy favored Casey. It hurts to feel unloved by one parent. He probably saw Casey out of control and his mother making excuses for her.

How come nobody has noticed that the story Casey told is the SAME one from a Law and Order SVU episode? In the episode the girl comes home from partying with friends and there was "rotting meat" in the trunk which is why there was a smell coming from it and why the girl was cleaning it. The police showed up and said that her mother had called the police and that she hasnt seen her or her daughter since which ever date was given. She said she is with her nanny. And the police went over to the apartment where "the nanny" was and they got there and there was nobody in the apartment then the daughter screamed THE NANNY TOOK MY BABY!!!! The police asked her where she met her and what she looked like they found a girl that she pointed out at the park that she said was the nanny. The women had never met her or her daughter. and the only baby that was in the lady's stroller was a plastic baby doll. Its the same story line. Why hasn't anybody noticed this???

Please don't pick on the parents of Casey. They have and are going through hell. Put yourself in their place, you lose your grandaughter that I am sure Cindy and George raised and then possibly could love their daughter. Their only fault is spoiling their children too much and loving them too much. Give them a break. Wake up you cynical people. Show mercy

I have followed this case since the day Cindy Anthony reported Caylee missing to 911. I've got to say, tot mom deserves the worst we can give her. I am a mother of two and can not fathom reacting to one of my little girls disappearing with partying, tatooing, hot body contests or any other of her shananigans. The defense should have moved for insanity rather than drowning, that would have been more believable. I think Casey is extremely narcisistic and Caylee fell victim because she took the spotlight off of Casey. She is a disgrace....How she can not bring herself to stand up and say "I"m guilty, leave my family alone", is beyond me. They are disgracing themselves in order to save her from death and she is allowing it. I pray for her parents and I pray she gets the punishment she deserves. May it be more harsh than what she did to her little girl.

The main thing I'm getting out of this trial is the nature of people. Bias is such a powerful thing. The majority of people that are posted here have their minds made up as to the guilt of Miss Anthony. When the testimony is against her the witnesses are great and honorable people. When a witness says something that points to her in a favorable manner, the witnesses are stupid, lying, and a bunch of fools. This is scary because all these people are potential jurors. God help us all. The "expert panel" are probably the worst of all. The panel is comprised of lawyers, ex cops and judges. They, of all people, should be more even minded when they give their opinions.

It seems to me the prosecution is objecting way too much. When I see this happen it makes me think what are they afraid of? This girl is on trial for her life and they are afraid what a police officer will say? They seem to be the ones objecting way too often. If I were on the jury it would strike me that they are afraid of some truth coming out no matter how small. If you have the correct person prove it and do not be afraid of some truths or facts coming out. Their job is to find the truth and not stop all facts from being shown. They should welcome truth.

Cindy Anthony is definitely covering for her daughter on the chloroform issue. She has lost her credibility. AND I DO NOT understand how they can keep going on this line of "Accidental" drowning because....PEOPLE DO NOT HIDE AN ACCIDENTAL DROWNING!!!!! It does NOT make ANY sense. Nothing jives on this!

#1. Casey would have told on her father in the beginning. Not sit in jail.
#2. George would have called 911.
#3. Casey would have nothing to lie about. BUT she did lie many many many times over SOOOO, she's hiding something. The only reason to is to protect herself.

The real clue to this is to focus on what facts are known to be true. NOT on fantasy 's of what MAY have happened

If this entire family is all lying about what happened to caylee, then they shall all be prosecuted. Being liars and dysfunctional should not be an excuse for committing any crime. Add to that the cost of this trial. If it was an accident, it should have been reported and this extravagant cost for a bunch of liars would not be happening. Are we all allowed to comitt crimes on the basis of dysfunction in a family? Who is paying for Caseys attorneys?

Has anyone thought that George could be the father of Cailie?There was suppossed abuse, and it seems that the family wanted to initially hide the pregnancy. I think Cailie looks ALOT like George. Lee was tested for paternity, but was George ever tested????

It is so painfully obvious that Cindy and Lee are trying to save Casey's life. Even going so far as to lie for her. I don't think anyone can fault them for that. They have already lost precious Caylee. I think an intelligent jury can see what is going on here. I really think that it can be proven that Cindy was indeed at work on the days the internet searches on chloroform were made. There should be a way to verify that once and for all. I am hopeful that the State will knock it out of the park on their closing remarks. It makes me sick to think about Casey walking away from this and continuing on her sick pathway!

This makes no sense if Casey Anthony was a party girl, where is the pictures of her before she got pregnant with Caylee, she must have been wild then, why doesn't her mom Cindy ever talk about those days before Caylee was born? Someone had to take all these pictures of Caylee with Cindy. It was Casey that took the pictures of her daughter. It looks like Cindy took over the role of mother to her grand-child, and Casey was pushed aside. I for one cannot believe that Casey killed her child. I may be the only one that believes this. But I have to be shown all the evidence, and I don't think all this evidence that they are presenting is enough to to convict her. They have not convince everyone with the chloroform bit, All the cleaning that Cindy Anthony did on the car, probably cleaning agents that is found in Chloroform. This is another opinion for the defense.

After watching the Casey Anthony case again today, I am wondering if the big secret between Lee and Casey could be that one of them is adopted, they had an affair and Lee thought the baby was his and his parents didn't want either one of them to know?

Cindy has been covering for Casey for years now. I have seen this happen in many families and it always makes for a selfish, spoiled brat of a child. Cindy paid off Casey's fruadulent checks and now she is lying about the pc searches. She made Casey the way she is and hasn't learned her lesson yet. I do not believe that Cindy believes Casey is innocent. I wonder if George will cover for too. If so he would have to testify that he is a child molester. Would a man really go that far a daughter. I think Casey told Lee how she got rid of Caylee and he has been carrying this burden around and thats why he said what he said at the funeral for Caylee. CMA I got your back, he meant Casey's back.

Has everyone forgot that Caylee is a victim here and there seems to be no concern for her just for Casey. I think the whole family dramatizes. Poor Caylee. I think God is the only one who can bring justice and he will.

i too felt sorry for cindy and george, but cindy is wrong in lieing for her daughter, that is what got casey into all this in the beginning....lies, lee is just doing what his mother wants. casy killed her daughter and now sits there while everyone else lies to get her off.....what happened to justice for caylee.

I believe that Casey was a prostitute and that she doesn't know who the father of her child was, and that is why they tried to hush it up, leaving Lee to believe that he was not included in the pregnancy of his sister, I personally don't think it's dysfunctional if a person is not included anyway otherwise there would be millions of dysfunctional families, and they would like the jury and people to believe they are dysfunctional.

This is why you all have to listen to both sides. You can't convict a person because they lie or party! You all takes what part of this trial that you want to make your decision and if all trials depended on you all there will not be enough prisons to hold all of them. Wendy Murphy, child advocate lawyer, has written that photos, among other items, have been sealed. The photos are from the Anthony home and are considered by the court to be "too prejudicial." Murphy suggests that Caylee is a victim of child porn and presents a very reasonable case for the car, the change of clothing and more.

Contrary to the accusations of a dysfunctional family, I think this trial has shown a very strong, united, disciplined family. One that has practiced their testimonies over and over again until they had every word, and facial expression, down pat. They have been instructed by someone who knew exactly what would, and wouldn't appeal to a jury. I think Cindy's dramatic "break down" on the stand was an excellent example of this. My question is this: if it is finally decided that this was indeed a tragic accident that George and Casey covered up, is there any way that the State can recover any of the money they have wasted on this case due to the deception of that pair?

At this point Cindy will go along with whatever the defense wants her to. Just to save her daughters life.
She is in a way throwing her husband under the bus. Since the defense said George found her.
If I was on the jury I would NOT believe it was an accident. For the simple fact that it was "covered up" And they didn't call 911. You only cover up a murder!!

The photo of the little girl purported to be Caylee opening the patio door does not look like a 2 1/2 year old child. HLN should superimpose an average 2 1/2 year old ovee that photo. Look at the shoes and the size of the feet!!

Since Cindy Anthony said she took the day off when she did her computer search. Did they do any investigation into weather she signed off on anything pertaining to her duties as a supervisor?

What if Casey accidentally over chloroformed her daghter. Maybe hid it for a few days, but paniced and went to her parents for help.. After all her dad was a policeman and perhaps he came up with the idea to add the duct tape to make it appear to be a kidnapping. I'm sure if that happend the mother was in on it too. Maybee the all the family even Lee the brother.

There was a photograph introduced into evidence of a little girl opening a sliding door. This could not have been Caylee because Cindy herself said that she could not open the sliding doors herself. The photograph is at the very least, misleading.

Possible reason for recess today (Sat): Has there been some follow-up on whatever information that Lee overhead from parents' private discussion that he (Lee) felt compelled to tell Jose Biaz quite recently?

Why when the Judge came back today was the State Prosecutor not sitting at the table, but in a chair....not with the other prosecutors?

Am i the only one to think maybe the brother is the one who helped her move the body.They were the two that was close in this family.
He's the only one the defense has not put in the line of fire and i think she wouldn't let them use him any more than the maybe he molested me remark..I think the cma he was talking to at the memorial was his sister.

Question: If the tape found around Casey was originally applied to the skin (face) and the skin disintegrated , why would the tape then be found stuck to the skull? wouldn't it just sluff off?

As much as the judge tries to 'run a tight ship', this trial is becoming a showcase for the state of justice in the US. Defendants, plaintiffs (and taxpayers), as well as the jury, all deserve a fair trial. But the games that attorneys play with other people's lives is at times shameful. Legal ethics require a lawyer not only to provide a zealous defense, but also to behave as officers of the court and citizens of the USA. Attorneys who show repeated disregard for the rules (and the judges who allow it) ought to be sanctioned severly enough to make them think twice before playing their games.

Casey seems to have been complicit in some way with Caylee's death. George may have abused her, but it seems unlikely that he helped cover up an accident. There is significant dysfunction in the family, expecially in Casey. But the prosecution overshot in going for the death penalty. They now have to fight both the defense tactics and the Anthony family's attempt to keep Casey from a lethal injection. The victims (besides Caylee) are others still living in our society: the Forida taxpayers, this jury, and anyone who is unfortunate enough to be drawn innocently into the US legal system.

This is the first time , I have seen Casey Anthony go into Judge Perry's chamber with attorneys. Legal issue? Hmmmmm

Could the trial delay today be because: Prosecutors checked Cindy Anthony's email at her place of employment, and found that she was working the days that searches were made on the home computer for Chloroform? Would they bring perjury charges if in fact this was the case?

Could it be that the state got into Cindy Anthony's work computer and found that she was at work on the day she said she was home looking up things on the computer? This would show she perjured herself for her daughter.

Regarding today's events: PLEASE look at the body language of the prosecution while they are in the critical side bar this morning. WATCH how Linda's arms are crossed, and Ashton & the other man's HANDS are in their POCKETS! This looks to me like they got BAD NEWS. NOT the Defense, though. Look at their demeanor. Why are people upset because Cindy is testifying with information that may support what the defense is sujjesting about the drowing of Cayle.No matter what we may belive and who we think it will benefit, we have a moral obligation to tell what we know and saw.Justice is never to be if we only give information to support our views or opinion.We have a jury to determine the outcome. Today the judge recesses court til monday for a legal matter..I think for one that Jose got smart with the judge saying they would no longer keep doing this. And while in chambers got into more trouble cause he continues to violate the couts order with reports and testimony of his witnesses. I also noticed when he left the court house he was not with his fellow attorneys.

Why isn't anyone mentioning the fact that we are all innocent until proven guilty and that all this controversy and second guessing of everything that happens is going to incite the public to make assumptions and form opinions that are based only on inflated information and leaked partial information that prevents us from remembering that the basic premise of our legal system is innocent until proven guilty?

As a retired Mortician and a Nurse, I can't believe Cindy Anthony did not know Casey was pregnant, even in the late stages.. I wouldn't want her to be my nurse! Also, remember EVERY person facing the death penalty has a family. Why is the Anthony family any different? It appears LYING is part of the family genetics.

Even if defense could show that Caylee could get into pool on her own, that doesn't account for the chloroform found in the car. Many have said they think the chloroform was to put her to sleep and she died accidentally, at what point is it OK to give your child chloroform? For ANY reason? The prosecution has shown child abuse if nothing else.

My thoughts on the pool ladder being left up.....Maybe Casey did drug Caylee so that she could "party" When she found out that she was lifeless, she tried to stage a pool accident. Putting the ladder up and putting Caylee in the pool. When she realized for some reason that it wasn't going to work she carried her to the playhouse and laying her on the ground to figure out what to do next . In her haste to make her next move she left the ladder at the pool.

I cant believe that anyone is believing that Cindy is telling the truth on the stand on Friday. She is obviously lying, and i do not understand why the prosecuter did not go after her more. In addition, if they want to advance the drowning theory, why in the world would they let Casey remain in jail for 3 years. I believe the defense team know Cindy is lying and I have stopped watching the trial, because it almost makes me ill to think that Casey may get away with murder!!!!!

friday 3pm-in court, as sidebar was ending,camera showed casey anthony very angry, pointing at pros,whispering frantically to her lawyer. the look on casey's face took me aback, it was so volatile. did anyone else catch that?

I believe Casey's negligence caused Caylee's death. I do not believe she premeditated it. Casey is guilty of many things including, lying, child neglect, not reporting Caylee's death and costing the state of Florida huge amounts of money. She has caused great pain and public humiliation to her family. She deserves some form of punishment for sure. If Cindy told the truth then she did the right thing. If she didn't then maybe in "her" eyes she did the right thing. She doesn't want her daughter to be put to death. Maybe Cindy believes that it wasn't intentional and doesnt want to risk losing Casey. Casey is her daughter and she loves her. Nothing we say will ever change that. And how many other times in court history has someone gotten on the stand and lied to save a loved one?

Is the prosecution considering that the weather in Orlando, Florida – most of Florida, the day of June 18, 2008 was thunder, lighting, and rain? Is it likely that even a child would go outdoors to get in a pool during rain, thunder, and lightning?

I think it is very interesting that Cindy said on the stand Friday about her little dog being so tired all the time, and therefore she looked up chloroform!

I'm thinking back to when the police dogs alerted in their back yard – meaning that there could have been a dead body (Caylee) being placed near the play house!

First Cindy said that she was worried her Yorkie was acting up and feared it had contracted chloroform from bamboo roots. Cindy said she looked up chloroform. (couldn't the dogs have been explosed to chloroform where the police alerted in the area near the play house?

I think the prosecution might have checked into that – and that is the reason for the delay on Sat. To find out more on it.

re: Lee's being hurt and Cindy telling him 'let it go'. It's not because they didn't want Lee involved in the upcoming birth and events. It's because he is sick of how Casey behaves and what she gets away with. If anything, the conversation went something like this

Lee: "OMG, Mom. Now she is pregnant. She didn't finish high school, she doesn't have a job, she steals money and you are always coming to her rescue. Now she is going to have a baby and you are making a baby room and going 'over the top' and coming to her rescue again. I bet you are going to raise her baby for her".
Cindy: "Lee, just let it go...just stay out of it"
Lee;" I will. I've had it with this family and with Casey. I'm done".

They probably had expectations of Lee growing up but much lower standards of expectation for Casey. Siblings get sick of that and resent the other sibling for the drama and hate the irresponsibility they witness in their sibling. This is why Lee says to Casey "what the hell is this -pointing at her baby bump".

It is my contention that the swimming pool ladder found attached to the pool and the opened gate discovered on June 16 by Cindy A. was opened by Casey to suggest a home invasion . She took the gas can in order to either pour gas on the body or use the fumes to dissipate the decomposition odor.

There is a dead child, an accusation of molestation by father, an accusation if molestation by brother, an alleged mistress, an enabler mother who cherished her granddaughter and doesn't want to loose her daughter. Did cop father hold power over daughter, "don't tell, or else"?
Did brother have his way with sister as well? Why did dad leave force for a measly security job in Florida? Did a terrible accident happen due to Tot mom's negligence? Did dad agree to cover up for tot mom in payment for daughter's molestation silence? I do not believe that Casey is alone in this fiasco, but that the entire family is involved in a cover-up!

Friday, June 24th , Lee Anthony testified that he overheard a conversation of his parents and went to Jose' Baez to report whatever it was he heard his parents talking about and he stated he was afraid the information wouldn't be known if he (Anthony) didn't go to Jose' with the information. On cross he was asked by the Ashton if he & Jose's discussion pertained to any of his testimony of today...Anthony said NO...and Ashton left it there. Is this a possibility of witness tampering that would cause the judge to have to recess until Monday to look into the statement Anthony made? It was the later part of Anthony being crossed by Ashton? Any thoughts or am I watching too much court the past 27 days? Also, if there is to be no discussion between witnesses during the days of trial...How does George & Cindy manage this?

When Lee Anthony was on the stand Friday, he stated under oath that he refused to be deposed by the prosecution and defense in preparation for the trial. Strange don't you think. He also stated that he had a meeting with his family (mother & father) a day or so before Cindy testified that she was the one that looked up Chloroform on the computer. He didn't say he visited his family, he stated that he had a meeting with his family. He testified that something occurred at this meeting that caused him to immediately seek out the defense lawers at the end of this meeting. For some reason, the prosecution lawyers DID NOT ask him what had happened to make him seek out the defense lawyers. Very strange. From what I have seen thus far in the trial, one of two things could have occurred at this family meeting: 1) He learned that his mother planned to lie on the stand and say she was the one that looked up chloroform, or 2) he told his family that he plans to tell the court that he did molest his sister. #2 would explain why he had refused to be deposed by the lawyers prior to the trial, why he was emotional on the stand Friday and why the judge stopped the trial abruptly on Saturday (both sides need time to depose him now).

I disagree, although I think Casey knows what happened, I believe that she left Caylee with the grandmother the day she moved out and it was the grandmother who had her and is at fault for the baby's death. This would explain why she was at clubs during that time frame. By all the photos and home video and testimony about Casey being a great mom, is clear in how happy and well adjusted the baby was. Cindy Anthony is clearly controlling and manipulative and has tried to manipulate the investigation by the police first saying one thing and then another. Her Facebook "plea" that she did the best she could with a "bad" child shows this. Her demeanor in court is argumentative to both the defense and the prosecution, as though neither side had "authority" to question her. Casey isn't manipulative, she doesn't have the ability to lie convincingly. Her stories are so far-fetched she would have to have the mind of a child to believe that these tales would be believeable to adults. I believe Casey has been bullied by an abusive mother into not telling and the perposterous tales are the best she can do and since she has lived under threats from her mother her whole life, she is doing what she has been told to do.

I would like to ask ms. jean casares a question about what she said when Dr. G the medical examiner left the witness stand. she told us the public that Dr. G. did a fantastic job and when she stepped down from the witness stand she looked at the jury, and jury #11 and #12 looked at Dr. G and smiled at her, and Dr. G smiled back at them. should she had gotten a message to the judge instead of coming on the air and saying that to the listeners.

Don't you think Casey has finally realized that she cannot manipulate the courts....seeing this is something she has been able to do all her life....and now her game is up....maybe trying to cop out that she is not able to understand has finally fell through the floor and SHE IS on trial for murder and could be put to death....even her mother has failed at saving her....their game is over and reality is finally setting in...

I don't believe casey killed her daughter by her own hands, I believe she was drugged, in bed with the dealer and the child just got in the way. So, one of his guys "took her to the nanny". and she wound up in the trunk of casey's car. She was a bad mother, and the child paid.

I Know things look bad for casey. and I am trying to wait until the end of the trial to judge. but I would like to give a small bit of input that may or may not be of interest. This is a true story. My parents live in FL. We live in central Alabama. Very hot parts of the US. We went to visit them on the forth of july a few years ago. We were told after we left that a huge storm here the day we left. We had ran into some of that on the way to FL. We got back one week after we left. Living on a dead end road in a rural area. The transformer blew on our property. With no one here there was no way we could have known about it for the whole week. But as soon as we walked in the door. We all said "who died" It was awful. We had a roast, pork and chicken in in the freezer. There was blood leaking out in the freezer from the roast. No Lie. My house was so bad it took days of cleaning airing out and spraying any and everything we could get our hands on. This is the truth. I have no favoritism toward casey Anthony. I am just stating a fact. It has just been something on my mind. And something our family have discussed during this trial.. I don't even know if it means anything.

So far all of the speculation has been MORE drama than the trial itself. Howz about: Casey wants to take the stand against her defense teams advise. You have failed to notice/mentioned that the ONLY TIME Casey appears/acts "normal" is when the jury is out of the room. When the jury is present, the Casey show begins. I do not believe the Anthony family is "disfuntional". Perhaps Casey kept it a secret from everyone (one of her many lies), first thought to abort, then later to adopt Caylee out and was convinced by George and Cindy that they would take care of the child and Casey (just another free ticket for Casey). We still have not heard about Cindy and Casey's fight, I believe that confilcted with the fantasy lifestyle (not working, sleeping around, partyville and if Zanny did not exist who was watching Caylee (thus the chloroform and placing her in the trunk-out of site and napping). There is the "accident" and chloroform is NO ACCIDENT; still a death penality case in Fla.

Lee Anthony was so upset he was not informed and included
in Casey's pregnancy, It is suspicious that he was not informed and not included. Perhaps Casey thought he was likely the father.
Casey was so upset when Lee said he felt guilty he was not more involved. These two have a very abnormal relationship...reflective of incest?....Remember, dna testing was done to determine if Lee was the father, and Mr. Baez did not ask him on the stand if he had a sexual encounter with Casey.
Casey has borderline traits along with her sociopathy, and likely lost touch with reality briefly when Lee testified and her mother claimed computer searches...prompting the question if she was incompetent (out of touch with reality) But,as borderline, she reconstituted within hours and was found competent.

If I were sitting on the jury, having endured all of the frustrating delays to this point, I would be more exasperated with the prosecutor's incessant objections thinking part of his strategy is to derail the defense by constant interruption, no matter how good of a job he may be doing.

I believe Lee moved the body from the car trunk to the woods. His message to CMA was to Casey, And the "secret" he promised to keep was what she had told him about how Caylee died.

Ok. I only have one thing to say and that is Guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. Anyone who does not see it, absolutely has to be watching another trial. I'm wondering if the father of Caylee was actually a friend of Lee's? If the Caylee daddy passed, then why wouldn't Casey know what he passed from?? She knew he had passed, but why wouldn't she inquire about how or where, or what happened. Is it possible that she got rid of him, too?? Just a thought. I believe that it is possible that Casey had help and that there was more than one person involved with this. I feel the defense erred by placing the P.I's. on the stand today. It is their testimony that a psychic led them to this area to find a body that (according to the defense) wasn't there yet because it had not been placed there yet by Roy Cronk. She MUST be a really good psychic to know that was his upcoming plans for the body! It truly leads one to believe that the information to search that area came from within the Anthony home!

SHE might have insistented on the hearing so she could take to stand against her attorneys advise.

When Cindy Anthony testified that the computer was on through May, June and July... I doublt if that actually happend. An easy way to determin this is to look at the computer Update History. Microsoft sent through over 10 updates and many would have required the computer to be restarted. Since Cindy mentioned that she did not have Casey's password... that would quickly verify exactly who was using the computer. Also regarding Cindy's company emails, you can be sure that they were using an exchange server and the IT person there would have easy access to any and all emails stored and viewed. What she said on the stand regarding her company emails was a total lie. She acted like she knew a lot about computers when talking about her company email... and dummy regarding her personal computer... She didn't even know what browser she was using. This lady lies when the truth sounds better.

i believe the entire bunch (including the family and defense) should be thrown in jail. What a travesty this entire thing is. I am appalled all this lying is permitted – and the lies from the onset of the trial have been so obvious it makes me sick.

Question about the testimony of Roy Kronk today. Why did he take a picture of the dead snake in August? I heard that it was sold for 15,000 later . Did they ask him why he took the picture?

As Mr Dean just testified, the area in which they worked was very dense. How is it that Mr Kronk, who went into the woods to relieve himself, just happen to come upon the bag of remains? Also, who is Mr Kronk? Why did he move to Florida? Where is he from? His past?

So the defense is saying the Caylee accidentally drown in the family pool and George Anthony told Casey to make up a story. Then today with Roy Kronk's testimony we're to believe that he had they body for all these months and then disposed of her??? How does the defense connect those two things?? Is the idea to throw out as many bizarre incidents as possible??

Okay, now we have Mr Kronk's supervisor testifying that Kronk had to be sent home after work because he was so shook up over the discovery of the remains. Yet Kronk claimed that he walked back to the truck telling the crew that he found a skull, but the subject was diverted to the snake. There was a laugh, and they left. This man's testimony doesn't add up!

Roy Kronk is being evasive about something, he is lying about what he saw the first time, I think he knew what it was and didn't really want to share the information with police and media at that time on Aug 11, 2008, he had to think of what to do, I think he moved the body to another more convinent place to be found so as to get the reward money. Thats my theory. George Anthony is untruthful, Cindy Anthony is trying to help her daughter and don't know quite how to do it and she comes across as being untruthful. Lee Anthony is caught up in this and don't know which way to go, this is my opinion.

Instead of holding competency testing on Casey Anthony....the judge should have ordered it for Jose Baez. He would have been found incompetent. This defense is all over the board. Most of what he is including in this case is useless and I hope the jury can see that. For example, the corrections officer today testified that Casey was pleasant and smiling most of the time when he made his rounds? OK...and we care about this why? Also, I thought Roy Kronk held his own today. Then the defense called his co-worker who testified pretty much the same as Roy. They did say today that a supervisor and another employee from where Cindy worked have been added to the witness stand. She is going to be proven to have been at work when the internet searches were done. This will be huge! George had a DNA test which proved he was not the father of Caylee. Casey does not know who the father is! First of all, Cindy is the liar in regards to the differing stories about the PI's search for remains. Cindy has already established herself as such with her testimony about the chlorophyll/form.
From what I have seen, Lee is the only one in that family that seems straightforward and truly in the dark about what really happened.
In regards to Casey's ex-fiance's testimony, I think Casey didn't want Caylee around Lee because she (Casey) had some sick crush on or fascination with Lee, and she would be jealous of any attention Lee would show Caylee.

A lot of talk in the trial about phone records, who spoke to who and when. Most of the "smart" phones today have GPS chips in them. Has anyone checked the phone GPS records of Casey or the rest of the family to see if any of them stopped in the area where the body was found??? Their phone companies should have these GPS records archived if their phones were so equipped.

I think the defense is putting on a dog and pony show and wasting the jury's time by badgering George Anthony and Roy Kronk and anyone else it has in its sights. How does any of this relentless questioning find Caylee's murderer?

And if it did he would have to put it back with tape. In one of the pictures I saw that Caylee was moving the sliding glass door , because there was a gap between the jam and the door, by then would she have had enough muscle to move that door. Roy Kronk said that he put tape on his stick for comfort did the police test that tape to see if that was part of the tape that was on the skull . I believe that some one in the family other then Casey, did it.

I have been watching the direct examination of George Anthony by Jose Biaz and am totally gutwrenched. Mr. Biaz and Miss Anthony should be ashamed of themselves and what they are doing to this poor man. If I was on this jury I would hold this against the defense and any leaning I may have had in thieir favour would be gone.Shamefull display.

The Judge should let the witnesses answer, it appears his days of being a prosecutor is interfering with him being unbiased. When a person's life is on the line, the information should be heard. Ashton has brought the wrong charges against Miss Anthony. He can only object to everything and the judge is allowing it. I seem to remember that when Casey and her mom had that last fight Casey told Cindy "you will never see Caylee again" That would seem to indicate premeditation. They have yet toexplain how the body got from George's arms to Casey's trunk. Also if Roy Kronk was so anxious for the reward why would he hide the body for four months?

I am with Paula June 29th 10:27 am... George Anthony has lied every time he has taken the stand. I am tired of watching his tearless outbreaks. He does not even have to blow his nose. He better keep his day job cause Hollywood is not calling. He called everyone under the sun before his suicide attempt knowing someone would save him. I bet you Casey told him he needed to come clean when she was released from jail because she was not going down for murder. Any married woman who watched his testimony about not having an affair knows he was lying. A married man does not tell a woman she is needed in his life but he might say Cindy and I need all of the volunteers in our lives. He refuses to answer questions as they are asked to him instead he wanders all over the map. He acts like someone who very well could be an abuser and he continues to abuse his daughter trying to throw her under every bus that passes.

I, have been trying to follow the trial as close, as possible–If I, was a jury member, I, would already have formed my opinion!!!!! Casey is guilty–
y heart breaks most for the Dad-
other and brother Lee–Caylee is gone and nothing can be done about that now, but she should be remembered, and that could be accomplished most by bringing the guilty one to light!!Casey Anthony in my observation, has no heart–I, cried today, June 29th. when her Dad broke down on the stand–She showed no emotions at all–She is heartless–I, pray that the truth wins!!!!!!

Has anyone notice while Mr. Anthony was being questioned Casey watched him as he answered. But when he was looking at her or he was leaving the stand she would keep her head turned and would make no eye contact with him.
He may have lied about things I don't know. I did not like something about him from the beginning. Today with the emotional day he is having As a grandpa my heart does go out to him, like him or not. But Casey.. She is nothing but discust to watch. Pure arrogance and guilt. I was waitng on Mr Anthony to break this mornining totally and cry out to her to please tell the truth, that they can not take this anymore".. I have watched many of your tv trials but t his one takes the grand prized..

I would like to ask a question--
would you rather see a innocent person get the death penalty or a guilty person go free
because all you people don't even wait to hear all the evidence

As an often molested person who managed to survive, I can tell you that Casey WAS NEVER MOLESTED. BY ANYBODY! What she has
been exposed to,is a mother who is every bit a manipulator and controller as Casey herself.THAT is where she learned to lie and twist
she had to so that she could survive her mother's wrath.And BOTH of
her parents know this,but cannot admit it to the world. In a fit of frustration,Casey killed Caylee,and could STILL not do the right thing.
She BELIEVED she could find a way out. She is unable to face it, or
she is truly a diabolical psycopath.She clearly has no feeling for her
family,to allow Biaz to come up with all this CRAP to put them through.
I don't care for Biaz,but he IS doing His job,as we should expect him

She is so guilty, it makes me sick!! I think George and Lee are telling the truth in everything accept the George lied about the alleged affair with the Holloway gal! Cindy is just trying to keep her daughter from getting put to death!! I mean, that;s her daughter, and I think George has had enough of Casey's lying and manipulative ways and it is killing him to do it, but he's trying to be strong for Caylee. He definitely won the round this morning with Bozo!! Just feel so sorry for this family, i just wish she'd confess, but she's too caught up and struck on herself!! After this mornings testimony, Baez is cooking his own goose. He keeps getting deeper and deeper in the so called muck.. I think the only way is to put Casey on the stand and she will fry herself!.

The media is so against Casey that they can't see that this whole family is screwed. The Dad is not innocent his tears mean nothing. He is lying, Mon is lying and the brother is lying. Casey is also a liar and has a bad attorney. The whole family is involved. The state attorney has not proven anything. They have not proven who or how Caylee died. I would hate to put someone to death based on what they have said. How could anyone say she is guilty of first degree murder, based on the information we have recieved. I say there was an accident and a coverup and the whole family is involved in the coverup. Why did'nt Daddy just say, NO, I didn't not molest my daughter. He is a piece of work. He was crying because he had to get control of the situation he was losing control. Remember, this guy was a police office they are trained on how to testify. I've been watching today and Casey really seems to be showing her true self, the defence should be telling her to act if though she's human.

I have been so obsessed with this trial, I can't get anything done!! This is something I have been wondering, who was Caylee's biological father & did he or any of his family ever see her, were they allowed or what?? I KNOW Casey is guilty of killing her daughter, I feel it in my gut!! She has destroyed her family in so many ways, I hope she rots in HELLLLL!!!!

i am listening to criminal experts my opinion so far is that 4 people are involved i suspect for marketing purpose the father George the gas meter guy the private investigator who handled the evidence are all in it together, Casey is trapped by her father.

I believe that the defense is going around in circles and waisting the taxpayers money they have no case and they are pointing fingers at anyone they can.sad situation

love how they twist statements - ridiculous! I think it is evil for Casey to turn on her family, as she did. I don't believe anything she has/is saying, not for a second. This whole trial is a waste of time because Casey sentenced herself when she started lying! Actually, she did it when she didn't report anything. After what she had done, it wasn't so surprising that she would put her family through all of this. I'm not a child anymore, so i know that not all people are good people, but I didn't know they could be this bad. She is just... cold! I don't, and never will, feel sorry for her. I'm afraid for her, there is a life after this one. But she wasn't thinking about life at all when it came to her daughter. They need to go ahead and put her on the stand, can't wait to hear "Casey's story".

I just cant believe George Anthony..I have survived sexual and mental abuse and I can so clearly see he is lying....it may sound to those of you that havent been through that...I understand why you think he is innocent....but for just one moment look at how his past police experience...He would have the knowledge and know how to cover up something that may just embarrass him. There were no real tears on stand today...I can cry just like that if need be...

Wasn't O.J. Simspson out of town too when they found his wife dead?
Did George take a play out of the O.J. playbook and be out of town when Caylee's remains were found?

Reguardless of anything else, a person has to be a complete socialpath to watch her own father get up on the stand and cry with so much pain and not be heartbroken also. Didn't seem to bother Casey at all...no change of emotion what so ever except maybe a spark of glee. That is sickening.

Well, we've all been waiting for the question of the trial from Jose Baez asking George about pulling Caylee from the backyard pool. It won't be asked, because Jose knows that his opening statement was a regurgitated lie from his client; he doesn't have any defense, so may as well go with something which will blame the family instead of Casey. Isn't our court system supposed to be about getting at the truth? Witnesses are sworn to tell the truth before they testify, under penalty of perjury. Doesn't the same standard apply to attorneys? Also, there was a reward for finding Caylee. Roy Kronk found her – why is that bad in Jose's eyes? Give him the reward, already. I feel deeply sorry for what Casey has put her family through. I hope her prison sentence is long enough to get her beyond childbearing age.

I have seen alot of "morally bankrupt" people and have worked with drug addicts and homeless people, who have numerous mental challanges, however, I would have to think hard to find any of these poor and downtrodden or seriously addicted people who commit crimes because of their addictions, who would sit for months in a courtroom and put her parents through this outrage of the worst kind of betrayal – a daughter trying to save herself at the expense of her parents..

Casey Anthony and her "legal team" are displaying the true "morally bankrupt" people – themselves.

Hey All, I am thinking that Roy Kronk, during his work as a meter reader, perhaps saw Casey with a bag, going into the woods or coming out of the woods. I believe he knew exactly where to look for the body because he actually saw Casey going into the woods with a bag or coming out of the woods. He probably didn't know at the time there was a body in the bag. He probably just saw a lady and thought she was pretty and watched her.
Later after the child was missing and a reward was offered, he knew exactly where to look for the body. He probably did call his son to tell him about it, because he knew exactly where the body would be found. I don't know why anyone doesn't ask Kronk if he ever saw Casey going into the woods, near the woods, out walking near the woods, or with the bag. Or even driving in the area. Surely he saw something and remembered it later, that is how he knew where the body would likely be found.

I also think she was planning to kill her own parents. I see from other comments that I am not alone.

And yes, why would the family still be swimming in a pool if that is where the child drowned?

I agree, the family is in a horrible position. The trial is not over, but facts are
1. Casey was the last person seen with Caylee.
2. She only reported her missing when forced too, after 31 days.
3. Casey was seen partying and buying beer (with stolen checks) the entire 31 days.
4. She then lied to police, parents, and search volunteers about Caylee being abducted, her job, nanny, .... for six months, until the body was found.
5. Many people smelled death in her car.
6. Whether it was murder or an accident we will probably never know, but Kronk nor George have any bearing on 1 through 5, no matter how Jose want's to spin it.

Jose might as well have claimed an alien abduction gone wrong. It would make as much sense as the defense story (which came from Casey).

The grief expert needs to explain the difference between losing a child from a sickness, accident etc. and the grief a mother experiences after killing her child. Why would there be grief when you kill your child?

I believe the reason Casey gives her dad such cold stern looks is because she is upset that he is not WILLING to take the blame for her, like her mother seems to be doing. This is the cause of her reacting to George the way she does, not because of sexual abuse, she expects him to step in front of the bus for her, and he is refusing to do it. Afterall, hasn't she always got what she wanted, why should this be any different. She doesn't want to have any consequences to her actions, and life to go on as normal for her.

People are wondering why Casey would remain stoic while her father broke down on the stand and then cry when the grief counselor spoke.

It's likely that Casey perceives her father as turning on her/seeing through her facade. In opposition, she believes the grief counselor is speaking about her, empathizing with her, and somehow explaining her behavior in a way that says "it's OK for her to act as she did." Perhaps CA thinks this woman is providing a sense of compassion that her family is not.

Casey, the crocodile called and he wants his tears back.

It's amazing how people see things differently. The "expert panel" always see's Ashton as ripping apart the defense witnesses. I see him as someone that looks like a fool. I wish I could buy him for what he's worth and sell him for what he thinks he's worth.

I am getting so frustrated with the commercials, or the time that could be used for commercials, they talk and rehash things they have already discussed. I wish when they go to sidebar they would run the commercial and let us hear some of the testimony instead of their opinions. Between the talking and the Attoney(prosc) interruptions it is almost to the point of waiting and watching the other channel in the am. I want to hear what the witnesses have to say.

Casey displayed the look of the devil throughout. Why is now that Caylee has drowned when she said the Nanny took her. Casey had someone help her and may they unknowingly threw out that bag by Casey's direction. I am in no way impressed by her tears at all. I have lost a child three years ago and there is not one day I still struggle to keep going let alone being a person charged in murdering my child. I could not be composed each day.

I agree with Sunny, I feel so sorry for the Grandfather, but after seeing his testimony yesterday, I don't know how much you can believe him.

I agree with Sonny that George was not creditable on Tuesday with the mistress, today Wed. just was not convinced, just was not buying George today. So sad the whole family has years and years of enormous dysfunction, that cost them All there Caylee so so sad.

Why don't they have someone hypnotize Casey Anthony to get the truth from her.

The self-inflated grief counselor was BORING!!! She and Casey deserved each other. Poor sweet, dear little Caylee who is being forgotten now among all this rubbish. SHE is the one that deserves justice!!!

Biaz needs to crawl back under the rock they found him, put it in the cell along with Casey. SHe may not get the death penalty but hopefully they will lock her sorry arse up for life, with no chance for parole.

It sounds to me like some of the lawyers have gotten so mistrusting that they can't see real emotions anymore. Maybe some of the lawyers giving their opinions should take a break. What happened to George today was cruel, say and it just broke my heart. Casey is so guilty and I am sure the jurors see this.

I know my family has been through some hard times and you go through all sorts of emotions and trying to keep them straight, can be challenging to say the least. This is a family that has been destroyed by their daughter and you don't want to think your daughter could do such an evil deed, yet they still love her. And that does not make them dysfunctional.

I believe Casey Anthony killed little Caylee becasue she is a lying, sociopath,murderous cold blooded little witch who did not love her child, wanted the little girl gone, out of her life, which would leave Casy free to party al lthe time and woudlnt have to worry about having to come home for caylee, and she felt Little Caylee was just too much int he way of her "good times"I think she killed her, used the tape and chloroform to make sure she didnt breathe, that she looked ont he computer regarding how to do a "neck-breaking". One thing that I havent heard anything about though, is this "Who is the bio father of littel Caylee or does she even know? Where is he and I would love to hear what he thinks of this whole deal..I am sure he would be devastated..does anyone know his wherabouts?Did he think she loved little Caylee when she was pregnant? It all reminds me of OJ and his "getting away with it" Anyway, when George broke down today and I saw Casy sitting there stone cold as if dead I was appalled. Recently we had a murder/suicide where I live the husband broke into his wifes home and killed her and her two precious children and because the authorites showed up he shot himself, that was not his intent, he wanted to burn the home as fuel had been spread around the house, but he was stopped so he shot himself. Casey cried at the wrong time today, this "grief person" did not care whether she was guilty or not, course I thought she was a joke up there on the stand but anyway she did the defense no good. GUILTY!! She was young and did not want to saddled with a child, plain and simple...leave the poor parents alone, she is taking down a whole nation just as Steve from my town took down a 3 communities and more...

Both George and Lee's DNA were tested as the Defense itself noted(Google it). Someone here is projecting her relationship with her father on George and Casey.

Of course, George Anthony does not like Biaz. He believes that Biaz is the one who came up with the molestation and drowning story because he doesn't want to believe that his daughter could be so evil. However, I believe that Biaz is only following what Casey Anthony wants. Casey Anthony appears to like watching some of her family members suffer - in particular George and Lee. I think that she probably killed Caley because she didn't like sharing the limelight with her daughter, and she wanted to punish her family. She knew by killing Caley that it would destroy her family. I would not be surprised if they put Cindy back on tomorrow to say Cindy suspected child abuse by her husband and Lee.

The evidence in this case is very strong: the 31 days alone speaks volumes, the decomposition smell in Casey's car, Casey was in possession of the car and her daughter and the last person seen with Caylee. Casey Anthony started out on her own being the person she is today, it is not because of any abuse she suffered. Some people are just born bad. (Remember Ted Bundy?)

The loss of this beautiful child is a tragedy and for the family, knowing that this little angel died at the hands of her mother is so hard to face. They are in my prayers. When this case is over and Casey is punished for killing Caylee, we will all go back to our lives but the Anthonys will live with this foreover. God bless them and I hope to God a retrial NEVER comes to be.

How about this for a thought... Cindy is wearing the pants all these yrs. And George has stepped back to keep peace in the house... This would xplain his affair ,someone finally listened to him and he just fell for it ,now this woman wants to continue on and he's finally realized what she is ... Casey Anthony did kill her little girl, Caylee because she was jealous

To Paula, I don't think just because someone tries to commit suicide that makes them guilty of anything. I can't imagine why this poor man would want to commit suicide? let's see Grandbaby missing, His only daughter a killer in jail, people always at their home on the lawn telling him and Cindy their daughter is a baby killer( which by the way SHE IS), his bereft wife. I don't believe I am the only one to notice this but I have not heard it brought up anywhere, including the trial. Roy Kronk stated that the first time he entered the woods he saw a white, round object that resembled a skull. This would mean that the skull was not in a bag but lying on the ground, uncovered. When he returned in December he said that the skull fell out of the bag when he lifted the bag. So if the skull was in the bag the last time he saw it, how did he see it the first time unless he opened the bag and looked.

since the beginning i did not think casey just decided to murder her daughter,i do think it is possible that caylee did drown and her father was involved,first why wasnt george the one who called the police,he said that the car had a strong odor of decomp ,and with his daughter claiming his two yr old granddaughter is missing,now remember he did work in law inforcement.also in some jail visits between casey and her parents ,casey would tell cindy she is protecting the family that always puzzled me.and how about kronk, who stopped to go to the bathroom and seen a bag with what appeared to be a little skull in it,and gets the police out there but they come across a dead rattle snake while they were looking for bag and they all were worried there could be live ones around so they gave up,knowing that there been a missing child right in that area,so did kronk get over his fear of possible live rattlesnakes ,four months later he went right back and walked right in and found the bag again,i think something isnt right about his story ,there's alot of more questions than answers in this case.

If Cindy Anthony or anyone else involved in this trial, committed purjury, then she/they should be prosecuted for it. You cannot have a law about purjury and then allow some people to get by with it while others are prosecuted for it. The law is the law.

Once a person has been caught committing purjury, they have proven themselves to be an unreliable witness and all of their testimony should be stricken from the record.

I think that this court case shouldn't be on tv because the press is really hindering this case everyone has to give their opinion, its not fair to the Anthony family they have been through too much already and what's the difference if George had an affair he didn't kill his granddaughter.

does anybody remember in the jail tapes , when GA told casey to get a pencil and request that she see just her father , GA was telling her what to say and how to do it-- he said he wanted to see her alone and off the phones were they could have privacy,_____ does anybody remember that???? why why why would he instruct his daughter to request to see him alone? GA is a snake ___ and forsaked his own daughter , cause he knew Cindy would go crazy with him and Casey for being in the house and her baby grand daughter got into the pool alone-- so to save face and not get brutallized from Cindy the control freak , he told Casey what to do about this horrible accident and he would help her, but he threw her under the bus to save his own butt

Wondering... in the beginning of the trial they talked about how body fluids coming out of the mouth and nose. Could it be that is why the tape was over the mouth?

31 days a little girl is missing. Mom says nothing. Little girl found tossed out like trash. Mom knows nothing. Sounds good to me. Let her go. Give her a free trip to Never Never Land and hope she enjoys the trip.

Today's testimony by Krystal Holloway seem to me to help the prosecutions side way more than the defenses side. Her tears are for herself, not for anyone else. She is obviously in this whole thing for the fame, not because she is a moral person. I honestly DO NOT believe George had sexual relations with this woman because she is not even in Mr. Anthony's class. I believe he was connected to her just because she was present during a very hard time in the lives of the Anthony family.

George, Cynthia, and Lee all put another nail in Casey's coffin as their testimony just showed the jury how Casey learned how to dispose of a dead body, but it did not prove to me that anyone other than Casey placed her child in the plastic bags. Further more I think that Mr. Baez is wasting his breath talking about duct tape all the time. So what. A lot of people use and have duct tape.

I was molested by a family friend and was sexually assaulted by older siblings. I can spot a child molester or sexual abuser a mile away. I have gone through tons of counseling and was even hospitalized for a week when my first child was 8 months old. I was diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder and take my medicine faithfully. I went on to raise my two children as a single parent from the time my children were 2 years old and birth. I would never hurt my children, nor would I leave my children in the care of anyone that I even remotely suspected to be a child abuser. Therefore, I can't see Casey leaving her daughter with George or Lee. George Anthony is not a child molester or abuser in anyway. I think Lee and Casey may have had some inappropriate relations, but I don't think anyone other than Casey Anthony killed and disposed of her childs body.

Is Jose Baez insane? is anyone supposed to believe that George Anthony buried that baby as he did his family's DOGS??? This attorney is making a mockery not only of the criminal justice system in this country, but of the life and death of a child. I can't figure out if he actually believes this pathological liar or if he is as sick as she is. we have seen him parade every tom, dick and harry through this court, offering ridiculous testimonies, non of which were believable, and he has slandered the innocent, ruining many lives. i believe that casey anthony has a crush on jose baez and when this trial is over, she is going to accuse him of something horrible just as he has done to those he has dragged into this tapestry of insanity...

Anyone who has ever had sexual relationships with someone else knows certain intimate things about that person that only other sex partners may know. My ex-husband and I had a certain word for sex, but he also used this word with his former wife and with his wife after me. You may also see things on their body that nobody but the family doc knows about such as moles, scars, etc. If this River woman has had sexual relations with this woman, she should be able to identify certain things about George. Can that be brought up in court?

The River woman just wants her ten minutes of fame. Of course she wanted to testify in this TRIAL OF THE CENTURY. I want to testify too. I would love to go down in history as knowing I testified in such a case. Don't you think she knows she'll get more offers from the media now.

The reason George doesn't answer Jose's questions directly is because of the way Jose asks the questions. He is good at asking two part question, but only wants one part answered. For example he asked George, When you had intimate relations with Ms. Holloway didn't you tell her it was an accident that snowballed out of control. If he answers yes he said that...the jury may think he is saying yes to the intimate relationship.

So what if George had an affair. It doesn't matter what others may or may not have done. I thought the trial was about finding out if Casey is guilty or not of murdering her child.

Also I don't know why they didn't bring up today when they talked about their animals dying, that a friend of Casey's said when an animal of Casey's or her friends animal dies, they bury them in the same place where Caylee's remains were found.
