I am a crime victim from Canada...My 14 year old Nephew was murdered and we are still in court after almosst 4 years. Most crime victims have a different look at life from trauma and interesting enough a lot of people like the 1st 48....We do not want it taken off the air...We need to understand how criminal cases are investigated..Love your show too!

O.J. didn't have a chance, I already knew he would get life and he didn't have the gun. If he had went to the Authorities, they would have brushed him off. O.J. had 2 strikes against him from the word go.
1. Black Man with all white jury.
2. Aquitted of murdering a White woman and a White Man.

Jamie has a right to her own opinion like the rest of you. Just because its not what you think doesn't matter, lay off!! What I don't understand and never will is how OJ and Stewart get jail sentences and the other four get probation, including the gunmen. I guess you should always take a deal even if you think you are innocent.

Reasonable Doubt
Prosecution witnesses who would say anything to get parole. I think one even got caught lying on the stand.
Tape recordings that were so bad hardly anything could be understood.
Did anyone find out where the tape recorders came from?? Were they furnished by the police dept or FBI. Tape recording are usually their cup of tea.
I think Riggio skammed the police dept and O.J.Simpson to the tune of a few hundred thousand dollars and walked away scott free. I don't think Paul Newman and Robert Redford could have done better. ( The Sting )
If you take away what happened 13 years ago you will have reasonable doubt. If you don't take away what happened 13 years ago you will have a guilty verdict based on hate and prejudice.
This would also include the judge, for whatever reasons, I think showed total bias for the prosecution.
I am not aware of courtroom procedures but if the courtrooms are run in this manner a common man wouldn't have a bloody chance. I think this case shows a total disregard for being innocent until being proven guilty. Proven guilty did not happen in this case.

My mother asked me to respond to your comments about OJ because she is 'outraged' at your comments about Payback in this OJ case and asks this:

Where was Your outrage of the jury system in the Murder Trial of OJ?

You, Jamie Floyd, have always stated you believe in our Jury System and the 1st OJ case was a complete farce and everyone knows it. Luckily, our jury system has since changed and a big lesson has been learned through that case alone.

OJ was not overcharged > Due to the strict gun and kidnapping laws in Nevada. When you say Payback, you are saying Nevada's laws do not matter because it's just a Payback from another case in another state for a celebrity who was once accused.
That's not supporting their jury system now is it?

OJ is a Criminal and has been since 1st trial, just hasn't been caught until now and on Tape. OJ's luck ran out when he couldn't play the race card anymore so why not try Payback? that Defense did not work. OJ was just a common criminal caught and convicted. We learned, the media helped free OJ of murder, 2nd time Media allowed OJ to pay for his crimes. Call it Karma not Payback.

Also, in the Casey Anthony case of a missing child, Caylee; Before you lash out at the media, Read the Entire case as it is Public Record and if recall the law still states...It is Not a Leak >> unless a Judge orders it closed or sealed to the public...there is no gag order in this case.
Also Please keep your negative comments about Florida to yourself, it just makes you look and sound prejudice.

We hope, in the future, that you become less Biased as it lowers your creditability as an anchor. Controversial is one thing but Prejudice is another.

Thank you.

I think you diminish the seriousness of this case by calling it payback. OJ was desperate in his attempt to maintain a quality of lifestyle that the Goldman's would not allow. His only source of income was gray market memorabilia. He orchestrated this heist out of greed and desperation. Anyone else would have called the police.

Wondered if you all know about this new documentary film:
O.J. is Guilty But Not of Murder, The Overlooked Suspect
By Phil Smith. It will be screened Nov. 8 at the Dallas Video Festival.

Internationally renowned private detective, William C. Dear, presents new evidence that he has uncovered in this documentary. This incredible story brings to light some of the pitfalls of a modern day police investigation, while it reminds us that sometimes what we think of as the truth, may not actually be the truth at all. 84 min
Filmmakers and Private Eye William C. Dear in Attendance.

I don't condone a person committing a crime. However, you and I know that OJ was set up, and this was a payback by the system. In all honesty folks. Should these kind of cases waste americans tax dollars. God knows that OJ was frame. He should had never gone there in the first place. But, Riccio in the other dealers had an agenda folks. I'm sadden that nobody had paid the price for Nicole and Ron Goldman murder as of yet. The Lord will deal with whoever is responsible. Trust that. So, please don't turn a blind eye on this case and the way things occur. Who set up the meeting? Who record without OJ knowledge? Who was paid before the trial was over? You cannot over look this with true justice. Therefore, the outcome was not pure.
