This jury should have No Problem with this case..They know what he did-they must just like the attention they are getting by being on this jury.He is guilty and they know it..His defense is made up.

Not only is he guilty-It was premeditated murder.Ask the girl whom he pointed the gun to her back what she thinks.

I think if most of all the ppl that shoots and murder some one say they are instane ... then there whould be alot of ppl out of prison on that count, and for Haq. i beleive he knew what he was doing and should do the time for his crime,

Has anyone thought that Haq may have been suffering temporary insanity due to the side effects of Presciption Drugs. Remember Andrea Yates? You hear about the side effects of these drugs every ten minutes on TV. Well what about the drugs that rule the brain? Many people on these drugs kill themselves and are obcessed with death. I believe statistics have shown the biggest increase in suicide, ages 10 – 14 is due to these drugs...hence all the warnings you see on TV. Our local bank teller was on these drugs for back pain. She was very sweet, soft spoken and childlike. She shot herself in the head at our local park.

I have a client that was on thyroid medication as well as the anti-depressant Wellbutrin. She said she felt like she was going crazy. She had constant anxiety, sleepelessness and daily headaches. She was at her witts end. After getting off that combo and trying a few others she is much much better.
