NEW YORK A jury in Colorado found Shawna Nelson, a sheriff’s investigator’s wife, guilty Monday of first-degree murder in a love triangle shooting. Nelson was convicted in the execution-style slaying of the wife of her former lover.

O.J. Simpson is back in court this week.

Prosecutors say Nelson was angry when Greeley, Colorado, police Officer Ignacio Garraus ended their affair, so she shot his wife, Heather, last year. The case will air on In Session in the future.

O.J.’s back in court on Friday. We’ll be In Session in Nevada’s Clark County District Court as lawyers on both sides of the O.J. Simpson armed robbery case address pre-trial motions. Last week, Judge Jackie Glass told both sides to be ready for trial on April 7. In Session correspondent Beth Karas will report live from Las Vegas.

On Monday we wrapped up the case of 81-year-old Marc Benayer, charged with shooting a man outside of a Boca Raton, Florida, synagogue.

On Tuesday, look for coverage of the trial of Edward Smith. Jurors will decide if Smith is guilty of vehicular homicide after his pickup truck careened into the front of a Tennessee home, killing a man inside.

In Session producers are in South Carolina this week, covering the murder trial of Billy Nathan Lee, who prosecutors say shot and killed his estranged girlfriend, 31-year-old Carma Russell. Lee faces the death penalty if convicted.

when will a new trial be streamed and which one?

Donald   March 3rd, 2008 6:26 pm ET

Please give us a schedule of your “live” In Session trials, not your “produced ones.. Thank you..

Please turn the volume up on the trials that continue after “sign off” of In Session. I have had to buy two new sets of speakers and still cannot hardly hear the trials on my computer, but everything else I listen to comes in loud and clear with my original speakers. Also, when is Phil Spector’s retrial scheduled? Can hardly wait.

keep up the good work, Carolyn…knowing what is up-coming is perfectamundo…

The Live “In-Session” coverage of trials “without” commercial interruption is the best …sure beats the heck out of those boring sel-serving commentaries from some of those anchors on the tube, respectfully…please don,t ever do away with this new streaming idea of live trials. It can only get better as you continue to grow your viewer-ship…surely!

If producers are in South Carolina this week covering a trial, why could that trial not have been aired “live” this week? We need “live” trials . Also, please consider going back to the old format of trial coverage until 5P.M. eastern time ! I’m certain ratings would be better doing trial coverage than running “canned shows’ from 3P.M. on into the night. Thanks,Margaret

Will CNN broadcast “In Session” on satellite radio? Please.

Eileen   March 4th, 2008 2:49 pm ET

I would like to know how you decide which trials you are going to schedule for your “live” streamed video. I’ve been checking back everyday since the Cutt’s trial, and have seen no new trials…..I’m sure there must be an interesting trial going on somewhere in the US….

The court reminds me of a new Dr Suess book. and the Judge has to translate what the attorneys are asking”.. Green eggs,,and ham. Sam Iam.. takes an hour of questions. to get 1 questioned answered…the attorneys are a joke”.. like whats the difference between a Dead rattle snake and a dead attorney on the road.” A rattle snake has skid marks…In front of it”"

Is there a schedule for “live” trials?
Thanks.
