NEW YORK: Upset that the jury never got to pass judgment on Darren Mack? Well, don’t be because the truth is most criminal cases plead out like this one.

ALT TEXT

Jami Floyd has the Last Word about Darren Mack.

That’s right. Ninety percent of cases never get to trial. In Nevada, that number is 97 percent.

Think about it. That’s the way it has to be. The system would grind to a halt if every case went to verdict. So we deal them out, case after sorry case.

Sure, it’s not as common for a case to plead out after the trial gets started. But it’s not unheard of, either. It’s not such a bad thing. So don’t curse the system. Don’t criticize the judge. Don’t condemn the lawyers for taking the deal. Or making it.

Because the result is the same: A guilty plea ends with a conviction no different from one a jury hands down. And that’s precisely why Mack should not want to withdraw his plea. My advice, Darren, leave it alone, because the case was going to end the same way — with “Mack the Knife” guilty as charged.

And that is the Last Word.

Darren Mack’s attorney is rediculous. At the sentencing after Mack decides to try to withdraw his guilty plea and was SHOT down by Judge Herndon, he gets on the stand. What a fool…. he didnt make any sense and then goes on and on and on about how he murdered Charla. It was almost as though he was completely enjoying telling the gruesome story.

Darren has spent over 1.2 million on lawyers and those lawyers will gladly keep taking his money to appeal or whatever stupid complaint he wants to make. Darren, you are the perfect client for attorneys, you have access to money and you want something that they know they cant get you but they know you will pay.
EVER THOUGHT ABOUT giving some of that money to care for your daughter?

Do any of the Mack family ever take any responsibility for ANYTHING? I have heard the mother, the brother and even Jory (Darren’s son) with no remorse that their loved one is a KILLER! End of story. Darren brutally murdered the mother of his precious child and his wife. It wasnt that Charla was violent it was that she was going to take the one thing that the MACK family cares about…. MONEY! Charla was killed over greed.
