LAS VEGAS, Nevada – O.J. Simpson’s bail revocation hearing just ended. Judge Jackie Glass increased his bail to $250,000 and ordered that he will not be a free man until 15 percent — $37,500 — is paid in cash and his home is put up for collateral.  Full story

O.J. was a diferent person in that courtroom just minutes ago. He was so serious and concerned, no longer the joking jovial defendant we have seen.

He appeared to make no eye contact with his bail bondsman, Miguel Pereira (the one who took OJ’s voicemail to the D.A.). O.J. didn’t have any family in the courtroom. He was in shackles as well as his jailhouse blues.

I think that is typical oj behavior. He has that sad puppy dog face,or the look of disbelief, when he’s in trouble. Quite the actor! Thank you, Judge Glass, for holding him accountable!

OJ got another slap on the wrist and proved once again there is “one law for celebs and another for the rest of us.”

I think the Judge only raised the bond because Mr. Simpson did not have anything invested. I think she heard the tapes and there is nothing to be concerned about. I think if there was, she would have done more. She appears to be a good Judge.

O.J. was the same person that appeared before Judge Ito for the very first time. He had that same sick, helpless look on his face, because he knew he was caught. It wasn’t until he started to talk to his lawyers and plan his strategy to “lie” his way out of the case that his confidence and arrogance came back.

OJ is a target–in my opinion, rightfully so; those of us with a lick of sense know he is a killer. But, even if Riccio did set up OJ, I seriously doubt Riccio choreographed guns and thugs. For that, I believe, OJ is responsible and should do the time. PS. If OJ and Beardsly are so tight, why was Al peddling OJ’s precious crap (that, if it has any value at all, should go to the civil suits)?

Makes one wonder if OJ is thinking that this time he might not get away with anything — if he thinks, as the judge did wonder if he were not just arrogant but also ignorant.

Am I the only one who noticed that when the Judge asked Gallanter for the name of the new bail bondsman, he did’t have one. My Momma always told me to be careful about lying down with dogs. And if he and Grasso believe in Mr. Simpson why don’t they do what Drew Peterson’s attorney did and start an online fundraiser! I mean now since we’ve had an inside peek at their insincerity why not go all the way!

If OJ is so broke he has to stiff the bail-bondsman, how can he afford to play golf every day? Why isn’t he out flipping burgers to pay back his generous friends and creditors like any other honorable man? The answer: OJ is” special,” in his own mind at least. There is one set of rules for all the rest of us, and another set for the Juice. He doesn’t have to pay anything anytime anyway for his own behavior. That’s for chumps. When will the people coughing up money to support him ever say “NO”?

I think the defense didn’t name the new bail bondsman so the Goldman’s wouldn’t find out and get the money first. I wish they had! Will we know where the money came from?

I believe he was not ordered to put up his house by the judge but was brought by his attorney that that was what the plan was.
